Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Lärm durch die Lage an der Durchgangsstrasse war störend. Fenster konnten während der Nachtruhe nicht geöffnet werden und selbst am Pool war der Lärm noch zu hören, wenn auch weniger laut.
Das Frühstück hätte bei der Wurstauswahl abwechslungsreicher sein können.
Leider nur sehr schlecht gemachtes Rührei. Auf Nachfrage waren weder Spiegelei noch gekochtes Ei verfügbar.

Great hotel, great location, restaurant experience not so great
Pros:

Great selection of choice for breakfast.
Pool was excellent.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Had a meal one evening in the hotel...poor service. Food was very disappointing. Was given the dessert menu to choose from. When the waiter came back and we gave him our choices, he said that we couldn't have dessert as the restaurant was now closed. Waiter also left a trail of gravy from the kitchen to our table and also on my new linen trousers...not impressed. Hotel did offer to clean my trousers but I declined the offer.

Pros:

Hotellet er rent og pent, har veldig god og variert frokost, bassenget var rent og hadde god plass, og beliggenheten passet oss bra men man må gå et lite stykke til sentrum.

Lovely stay, very nice staff (thank you Beatrice), just a short walk to ferries and exploring Lake Maggiore!
Pros:

Very nice 3 star hotel with pool, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast, convenient to ferries and the lakeside promenade to busier downtown Stresa. The view from our room and balcony faced the Borromean Islands and was stunning!!! We are so pleased we upgraded for this view :)

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Friendly hotel in a good location
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from and some lovely cakes. The location was good for catching the Local ferry to take you to the islands. It took about 20 minutes to walk into the center of Stresa.

Cons:

We didn't try the restaurant as it was in the basement and didn't have a particular nice view. We preferred walking to into Stresa for our evening meal.
