Pros:

Personeel was fantastisch. Zo behulpzaam en een vraag in de avond werd doorgeven aan collega in de ochtend die je verder kan helpen. Ouderwets goed!!

Pros:

Fijn hotel, comfortabele kamer/bedden, en vooral uitstekende ontvangst en gastvrijheid. Ook fijn waren parkingfaciliteit en aangenaam verkoelend zwembad.

Cons:

Restaurant overwegend gesloten, was 1 van onze selectiecriteria. Maar receptie geeft goede alternatieven aan, en Stresa kent veel fijne eetgelegenheden.

La proximité avec le ponton pour accéder aux îles, la piscine, les chambres avec la vue sur des îles Boromé

Cons:

Le problème agaçant de la robinetterie de baignoire qui ne tenait plus, car l’inverseur était cassé Ducout. Nous étions obligés de tenir l’inverseur pour prendre la douche. Signaler à deux reprises, ils n’ont pas pu réparer.

Lovely hotel to explore stresa from
Pros:

Nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really nice and had good variety as well as a bright dining room which was a perfect way to start the day! The staff were amazing- super friendly and incredibly helpful.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t amazing and didn’t reach our room so ended up spending more on an eSIM than was expecting to. It’s also a bit of a walk from the city centre but there is a nice scenic route you can take into town.

The hotel was lovely to stay in with good views of the lake from the 4th floor and access to the lake within a 5 minute
Pros:

It was clean and well kept. Staff were nice, breakfast options were excellent and the pool was good.

Cons:

The water pressure on the 4th floor was weak. It would have been nice to have an outside eating area.
