Nach dem zimmer tausch alles in Ordnung, das Zimmer war riesig und betten bequem. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker

Nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung kam ich in mein Zimmer und freute mich auf Entspannung in sauna und Pool. Doch daraus wurde leider nix... das Bett war zerwühlt und es war nicht erkennbar ob es noch benutze bettwäsche war oder einfach vergessen wurde die Bettdecken etc ordentlich hin zu legen. Da niemand mehr im hotel anwesend war, verbracht ich 1 Stunde damit die zuständigen Mitarbeiterin telefonisch zu erreichen. Nach dem mir dann eine Lösung angeboten wurde ( Zimmer tauschen incl Upgrade) war es leider für Pool und sauna zu spät, denn die durften dann nicht mehr benutzt werden....tja...leider war sauna und Pool für mich der Grund gewesen genau dieses hotel zu buchen

Het zwembad.

Cons:

Bij aankomst niemandom je te onvangen. Je moet alles zelf uitzoeken. Ik vindt dat niet gastvrij. Het zwembad kan wel een goede schoonmaak beurt gebruiken.

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen (selbst ausgesucht); da wir nach 13 Uhr angekommen sind und den Schlüssel deshalb aus einer Keybox erhalten haben, hat uns niemand darauf hingewiesen, dass wir die "MeineCard plus" kostenlos erhalten hätten. Das haben wir erst bei der Abreise erfahren.

Het is een rustig verblijf, ruime kamers, lekker ontbijt en parkeergelegenheid bij het Hotel.
Pros:

Het ontbijt is verzorgd en er is voldoende aanbod. De viervoeters mogen mee aan het ontbijt in een voorzien afzonderlijke ruimte of op het terras. Het personeel tijdens het ontbijt is super vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er is een afzonderlijke ontspanningsruimte. Hier werd drank onvoldoende aangevuld. Ik miste grote flessen water en de mogelijkheid tot het drinken van een cola.
In de kast op de kamer was er een ruimte voorzien voor een kleine frigo, echter was deze er niet. Dit heb ik gemist voor het eten van mijn viervoeters te bewaren.

Costo base buono, alla fine non così conveniente.
Pros:

La colazione, abbondante e varia, prodotti freschi, caffè solubile in camera, piscina coperta a disposizione dalle 7 alle 21, possibilità di passeggiate.

Cons:

Assenza del personale all’arrivo, costo per i cani, non dichiarato sul sito: 18 euro al giorno per ogni cane. C’era scritto “è previsto un eventuale extra”… “ciotole a disposizione”, non c’erano ciotole. Le pulizie non sono state fatte ed è arrivata una e-mail in cui gli ospiti venivano avvertiti di questo e di poter eventuali richiedere la pulizia. Con 18 euro al giorno per ogni cane, mi aspetto venga fatta senza doverla richiedere. Al posto della pulizia viene offerto uno snack da ritirare in un locale a 2,5 km di distanza.
