It was a nice place and some nice people and a good location

Cons:

The elevator got stuck with us in it for like 20 minutes there was no air and they couldn't get the doors open so they had to cut the top open and pull us through from the top it was a horrible and very frightening experience and I was thinking they should take something off the price of our stay here after that but they didn't i will not go back

Las habitaciones son grandes, bonitas, amplias, completas, tiene suficiente aire acondicionado para manejar la temperatura de Cancún, camas cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y completas, sin embargo, la infraestructura se encuentra un poco deteriorada, había una filtración en la ducha del baño principal que hacía que se pasara el agua de la ducha, la piscina tiene deteriorada su infraestructura, baldosas sueltas y herrería oxidada. Durante la estancia solo funcionaba un ascensor lo que hacía complejo el desplazamiento.

Cons:

No me gustó, que la máquina dispensadora. Por error le metí un billete de 500 pesos y la máquina se lo tragó y no lo devolvió. Hice el reclamo y no me dieron solución, en pocas palabras que fue culpa mía por meter ese billete, que solo recibe billetes de 20 y 50 pesos. En fin perdí los 500 pesos.
