Our stay was good overall.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Lotte Department Store, convenience stores, and the subway. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. We received complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel also provides free access to washing machines and dryers on the second floor for guests. In addition, each room is equipped with an electronic clothing care closet, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

Our room was located on the second floor. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke from people smoking on the first floor sometimes drifted up to our room. I wish we had been assigned a room on a higher floor. The bed was very comfortable, but we did notice a few hairs on the pillow when we first checked in.

Pros:

Uno de los jóvenes recepcionistas, era muy simpático. Estaba cerca del metro y tenía varios restaurantes cerca para comer o cenar.
Al lado se montaban puestos callejeros comida por la tarde/noche. Zona con bastante ambiente nocturno.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó a parte de dar a un patio interior , daba a un tejado de otro edificio, por el que a veces había algún trabajador de ese edificio, tomándose un descanso .

Pros:

到着日に旅行カバンの鍵が壊れていて開ける事が出来ずに困っていました。しかも私が韓国語を全く話せないにもかかわらず、スタッフの方に親身にお手伝いいただき、openすることができました。
