Pros:

Ok residence for a good price, restaurant being quite nice actually

Cons:

The neighborhood is not really nice nor safe and there a big construction site right next to it that produces a lot of noise.

Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great!

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the kitchen and although the team helped, they did not get rid of them. Shower was poor

Pros:

The receptionist was kind and helpful and the location is good. The building has security.

Cons:

I had roaches in my room, in the bathroom and living room. Sheets were ripped and stained and overall all the furniture seemed to need refresh.

Only one toilet for the two bedrooms.
Pillos have bad smell.
Drinking water was not available.
Refregerator was not there when checked in.
Toilet hose was removed.
Need to improve attitude.
