Удачное расположение, не шумно.
У нас был прекрасный вид на море.
Шикарный разнообразный завтрак.
Персонал очень милый.
Уборка ежедневная и тщательная.
Отличный бассейн, сауна, есть Spa-центр, но не пользовались.
Хороший интернет.
Рекомендую, останетесь довольны выбором

Просторный номер, большой балкон. Нормальные завтраки. Очень комфортабельное лобби

Отношение персонала( На ресепшн плохо знают английский( про заявленный русский вообще молчу), нормально при заселении толком ничего не объяснили, дали бумажки и хватит с нас, высокомерие- их все. В ресторане без конца кружит вокруг стола стаф, видимо, чтобы быстрее закруглялись, наверное, или поменьше ели. Мне было некомфортно. Про уборку плохого не могу сказать ничего, кроме того, что только в последний день я выяснила, что нам полагались одноразовые шапочки, расчески и т.д.,так как наконец-то положили это. Геля для душа и шампуня почти не было при заселении, когда кончился свой я 2 дня добивалась, чтобы долили. Тапочки в номере б/у, имейте в виду. И да, чаевые можно не давать, горничные обижаются, видимо мало давала, поэтому я плюнула и пере тала давать. Вообще, несмотря на улыбки, чувствовала себя там дискомфортно, отношение, как -будто как мы там всем надоели.
Номер был староват, на фото выглядело все гораздо приличнее, я заказывала с диванчиком, но в последний момент мне сказали, что улучшат мне номер, а дали не с диванчиком и не на высоком этаже, а с видом на море, то есть на дорогу.
Цены в спа- космос! Лежаков возле бассейна мало. На пляже лежаки дают на 2 часа, во второй половине дня на море делать нечего,-отлив и очень-очень много местного населения. И что удивило: нигде нет зонтиков для пляжа, их даже не продают нигде.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon im 18. Stock und es war absolut wunderbar. Allein die Aussicht beim aufwachen war fantastisch. Das Bett war mega bequem und das Zimmer, sowie das Badezimmer waren absolut sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte sogar eine Geburtagstorte für meinen Partner organisieren - ein großes Dankeschön hier noch einmal an Minnie für all die Unterstützung! Darüber hinaus gibt es eine tolle Poolbar mit Infinity Pool, eine Rooftop Bar und einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Strand mit kostenfreien Liegen. Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt im Boton Blue und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Vietnamesischen Kaffee. Das ist aber auch der einzige kleine Minuspunkt.

Отличный отель, выделяется на фоне своей современной архитектурой. Нам достался номер на 9 этаже, с видом на море и с мини-садом за перилами. Красивый инфинити-бассейн на 7 этаже. Завтраки были хорошими, на те 4 дня что мы были нам хватало разнообразия.

Cons:

Напротив отеля нет пляжа, только бетонная набережная с возможностью зайти в воду по лестнице. Невозможность чувствовать себя в недоступности чужих глаз в номере из за мини-сада за перилами, по которому несколько раз ходили садовники, это было неожиданно, когда были открыты шторы , а я могла быть не одета.

Прекрасный отель без шума и суеты центра города
Pros:

Очень внимательный персонал. Ощущение заботы и комфорта, который они создают, перевешивают нюансы расположения отеля и отсутствие пляжа перед самим зданием. Отдельное спасибо заслужили Lisa и David. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, бассейн немного маловат, но есть прекрасная сауна.

Cons:

Нет пляжа перед отелем. Нужно ехать на трансфере или идти пешком около 1км. Но это совсем не является проблемой, так как перед отелем есть удобный пологий вход в море с чистым песком. Нам это показалось гораздо удобнее, чем пляж с зонтиками, куда нужно добираться и где много людей.

Great hotel, good location
Pros:

A really nice hotel in a perfect location only 10 minutes to central Nha Trang. The hotel provides a courtesy vehicle to Nha Trang central a couple of times a day. The staff were always happy and helpful, the food was always good and the room was perfect. A very nice pool looking over the ocean. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby away from the very busy central area. Would never hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Our Suite room is super nice with a huge balcony and a breathtaking ocean view. The bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Скромный шведский стол
Самый большой минус - пляж. Через дорогу спуск в воду с плит, полежать у воды не получится. Основной пляж в км, туда по расписанию и брони заблаговременной можно отправиться на шезлонги на пару часов. Зонтиков от отеля мало, но так почти у всех отелей на общественных пляжах. Но море там так себе, если только брать сап и нырять с него на глубине, ближе к берегу кораллы и камни.
В номерах нет ничего, чтобы можно было посушить вещи после моря, нонсенс. Есть платная прачечная только.
Нельзя проносить продукты, это очень странное правило.
Номера скромные, но опрятные
На мой взгляд, это не отель 5 звезд.
