Wonderful trip
Pros:

Highly recommended. I would especially like to commend the Reception team for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism, which truly made my trip memorable.

The hotel also features a stunning bar on the 27th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of both the city and the sea. The atmosphere at night is incredibly romantic and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Another highlight is the beautiful infinity pool on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim while overlooking the ocean. It creates a very peaceful and luxurious experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent facilities and warm service, and I would gladly return in the future.

Ohh we loved everything about Boton Blue. Let's start with the staff, Minnie's correspondence throughout our whole stay was exceptional, Tung, in the breakfast room, is the happiest, most courteous man we have ever met, thank you for the birthday cake, birthday song, and birthday wishes, it was such a personal touch, Sarah at reception, who we only met when we were checking out, was a polite, intelligent young lady with fantastic English, the very smiley, polite young bartender at the pool, housekeeping, and every single other staff member on the Boton Blue team, your hospitality of nothing we have ever experienced before, thank you touch each and every one of you for a fantastic stay❤️❤️❤️

Pros:

Struttura stupenda dotata di ogni comfort: stanza con ampi spazi e bagno enorme. Pulizia giornaliera eccezionale. La colazione varia abbondante e di ottima qualita. Servizio SPA eccellente. Personale professionale e bravissimo. La piscina infinity davvero bella una delle migliori che abbia mai visto. Infine volevo ringraziare tutto lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale e pronto sempre ad aiutare per ogni esigenza. Un grazie speciale ad Hanna della reception, al Bellman di nome Pham Quoc Huy e soprattutto alla responsabile dello staff Ngoc Trâm un ringraziamento speciale per avermi aiutato in piu occasioni. Sicuramente tornero in questo hotel stupendo. Ti fanno sentire parte di una famiglia.

Все прошло прекрасно с первых моментов бронирования постоянная связь с намм. Персонал отеля был очень внимательным и заботливо сопровождали нас на всем протяжении отпуска. Бесплатно предоставили такси от аэропорта до отеля. Всем ребятам персональная благодарность. Вылет откладывали трижды и все это время, нас успакаивали , переписываясь по вотсап и ждали в аэропорту. Прекрасный номер с видом на океан. Мебель не новая, но все очень чисто и подобрано со вкусом. Просторный балкон. Расположение позволило встречать прекрасные восходы солнца, но к 9-10ч утра уже была тень.
Уборка каждый день с ежедневной заменой всех принадлежностей (даже зубные щетки)
Завтраки были довольно разнообразные, на любой вкус и настроение. Фрукты, овощи , вкусный кофе( который они сами готовили для всех посетителей.)
Мы ощущали себя желанными гостями отеля. Несколько раз мы ужинали в ресторане отеля. Вкусно и очень по европейским сдержанно . (Соль, приправы)
Вокруг отеля много мест, где можно было и купить безделушки и свежие продукты , если хотелось что-то попробовать местное.
Соки, фрукты, и т.д.
Набережная длинная и широкая. Можно было гулять в разные стороны от отеля. В 10-15 мин пешком пляжи.
Но от отеля ходил шатл каждый час начиная с 7ч утра и до 16ч Кафе, магазины. Обмен валюты лучше в магазине справа от отеля. Там где продают бусы).
Рядом кафе русской кухни. Приятно были удивлены прекрасным меню. Ребятам респект!
В отеле классный бассейн. Когда везде жара- там приятно было немного охладиться) рядом ресторан с морскими продуктами. Цены приемлемые. Все свежее и вкусное. Креветок наелись от души.
Прекрасно провели время! Огромное спасибо ребятам в отеле. Не разу не пожалели о своём выборе. Рекомендуем . И сами с удовольствием ещё раз приедем.
