Отель красивый - персонал Мега вежливый, отдельно хочется поблагодарить Minnie она всегда была на связи 24/7 и помогала, завтраки были очень вкусными - персонал мега вежливый отдельное спасибо Chau Duyen и Tran Thanh Phu так же спасибо девочкам на ресепшен Tran My Duen (GRO)и конечно парню Huy - всем огромное спасибо за гостеприимство.

В бассейне мы были 1 раз - он небольшой, но удобно то, что находится в отеле.
Завтрак вьетнамский и континентальный - на любой вкус. Соответствовал заявленному?
Фрукты на завтрак каждый день.
Спортзал в отеле открывается в 6.00 - это удобно.
Парный массаж оставил приятные впечатления.
Отелем остались довольны, искренне благодарим за прием и обслуживание.
Не привычная еда для нас и не все нам было вкусно, но это личные наши капризы, и не относится к отелю.
Завтраки вкусные, очень хороший спа, персонал приветливый, по «отельной» части все на твердую четверку, из минусов здесь только грязный городской пляж
Во время отъезда из отеля мы забыли сумочку в номере. Когда обнаружили пропажу и связались с отелем нам её так и не вернули, сказав что не нашли. Осадок очень неприятный, в хороших отелях так не делают. Не оставляйте свои вещи надеясь на персонал. Очень неприятный инцидент .

My friend and I had a lovely stay! I really appreciated how warm and professional the staff were, especially Minnie and Jessie, who were always available and happy to help whenever we had questions or needed anything. The hotel was clean, the food was varied, and the view was beautiful. We also loved the complimentary spa, laundry, and lounge vouchers. Would happily stay again!
We had a wonderful stay from start to end, thank you so much! We loved everything, and particularly the rooms with the incredible views and bathtubes, the fantastic swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and cold bath set, the open karaoke bar even on monday until midnight, the diverse and delicious breakfast buffet, and last but not least the top notch service, including from Jessie, who helped organize a birthday cake upon arrival. Cam on, we hope to come back soon!
It was hard to leave the swimming pool, we wished we could have stayed longer!
Not in the city center nor in front of the most popular Nha Trang beach (but the beach nearby is also beautiful and quieter), but it wasn't a problem for us as we already visited it, we were delighted to stay in and enjoy all the hotel facilities!

The room was really spacious and comfortable, the bath on the balcony was lovely. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was of a good quality. We didn't use the hotel beach but used a nearby beach club, which was great and very inexpensive. Housekeeping was fabulous, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The pool area is quite small with only a few sunbeds.
Overall, it was a great stay. The staff were excellent, and the facilities were very good. It is definitely worth staying there.
The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, and you may need a 15-minute ride to reach downtown. However, this can also be an advantage, as there are much better beaches and more beautiful views on this side of the town.
Location
I made a reservation at this hotel from August 26 to August 31.
However, when my partner and I checked in on August 26, there was extremely loud music being played on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Even with the windows completely closed, the music was still extremely loud inside our room.
We immediately informed the hotel staff about the situation and asked them to take action to resolve the noise issue. However, nothing was done to improve the situation. Even at 10:00 PM, the extremely loud music was still continuing.
We called the front desk multiple times throughout the night to ask for assistance, but they failed to take any meaningful action. The loud music continued throughout the night and was still playing at 5:00 AM.
As a result, my partner and I were unable to sleep at all that night. This was an extremely distressing and traumatic experience for both of us. We had taken time off work and traveled a long way looking forward to having a relaxing vacation, but instead, our very first night was completely ruined.
We wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but despite repeatedly contacting the front desk, we were unable to get proper assistance or arrange an immediate checkout. We therefore had no choice but to remain at the hotel.
When we eventually managed to speak with the hotel manager by phone, we were extremely disappointed to be told that the hotel would still charge us for that night. Given the circumstances and the fact that we had repeatedly reported the problem and asked the hotel to resolve it, we found this response very unreasonable and surprising.
The hotel failed to provide a reasonable environment for us to sleep or enjoy our stay, and despite being informed of the problem multiple times, they failed to take appropriate action.
We are therefore requesting a **full refund for the entire reservation**.
We are not concerned about whether the refund is processed by Booking.com or directly by the hotel.

Quá ít sự lựa chọn cho bữa ăn sáng, máy lạnh thì khi mở cửa sổ tự ngắt, ngày đầu check in thì thùng rác trong nhà vệ sinh bị hư k đạp mở lên được, phải lấy tay mở lên mới quăng đc rác, bất tiện vô cùng, xa trung tâm, sảnh đón khách k đủ độ lạnh bị nóng, tối thì bar trên cao nhạc đùng đùng, k cách âm, k thích đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra.
Mình thích cách các bạn nhân viên đón tiếp mình. Cách khách sạn đã đón tiếp mình. Bữa sáng của khách sạn. Tiệc BBQ vào buổi tối. Cảm ơn bạn Trà My nhân viên của khách sạn take care mình. Cảm ơn các bạn tổ bảo vệ, lễ tân ( bạn Jessi), nhân viên hành lý, phục vụ, buồng phòng. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều. Thật sự trong 2 đêm ở khách sạn mình gặp quá nhiều nhân viên không thể nhớ hết tên các bạn. Nhưng một lần nữa cảm ơn các bạn đã cho mình 2 đêm lưu trú tuyệt vời.
