Pros:

ロケーション。近くにメストレバスステーションがあり、市場もあった。静かな環境

Cons:

施設にキッチンがなかった。キッチン、とされている部屋にはシンクなどがなく、マグカップを借りたかったが、小さな紙コップしかなかった。冷蔵庫が小さく、大きさよりも殆ど冷えず、暑い中、飲み物を冷やしたかったができなかった。スタッフにメッセージで送ったら、家庭用と違うのでそんなものだと返答が来た。

Bel emplacement mais peu de service
Pros:

Les chambres sont agréables avec une bonne literie, climatisées.
C'était propre mais pas exceptionnel, un petit besoin de rénovation par endroits.
Une machine à café à disposition appréciable.
Bon emplacement pour les transports.

Cons:

Pas de réception (même si nous avons eu toutes les indications pour bien arriver). Personne en 5j, ni le matin, ni en journée, ni le soir.
Service ménage néant (1er matin d'arrivée mais étant arrivés la nuit, nous avons refusé car c'était propre puis 0 passage...).
Pas de check out.

Achtung! Beschreibungen stimmen nicht
Cons:

Die Beschreibung dass wir ein externen privates Bad haben, hat absolut nicht gestimmt. Das Bad war nicht abschließbar, jeder hätte es nutzen können. Bei Anfrage das Zimmer zu wechseln, hieß es wir können einen Aufpreis zahlen um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen.

Perfecta opción para visitar Venecia con una muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Ubicación, conecciónes del transporte publico, limpieza, posibilidad alojarse por la noche.

Cons:

No entiendo por qué la llave del baño privado, que está en el pasillo, fuera de la habitación, no estaba junto con la llave de la habitación.
Mejor dicho, no pudimos cerrar el baño, para asegurarse que nadie desde fuera pueda utilízalo. Eso me resultó extraño.

Olaszos komfortú, jó helyen lévő szállás.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedéssel bír, közel van a boltokhoz és a villamoshoz is, ami Velencéig visz. Parkolás a belső udvarban lehetséges volt, aminek nagyon örültünk. A szállás stílusában kicsit a régmúlt időket idézi, mintha egy úri ház lenne átalakítva szállóvá. A szoba bútorai is ebben a stílusban kerültek be, viszont volt hűtő és légkondi is a szobában. A mosdó nem a szoba része, viszont nem kellett nagyon osztozkodnunk rajta, így az is könnyen megoldott volt.

Cons:

Tisztaságra nem mondanánk maximálisnak, de minden célnak megfelelt. Wifi az van, de amúgy nincs :D Az ágy matraca kicsit csúszkál, illetve a világítás is többször vibrált, de mindezek ellenére pihentető volt az ottlétünk.
