Best hotel experience we had ever had - don't overthink it, just book it 🏨🌟✨
Pros:

This is the best hotel hospitality experience we have had. Royal attitude and manners, beautiful design that reflects the legacy and heritage of the historical Hotel Europejski, but also modern and beautifully renovated. It just feels like someone has thought about every little thing to make visitors feel cared for and at home. Great breakfast that combines a small but quality buffet and amazing à la carte menu possibilities. The level of service is second to none. I understand that Raffles is well known for its quality, but for us, it was the best surprise ever. The location is also great, and the area is close to everything. We'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel zrobił na mnie znakomite wrażenie. Świetna lokalizacja, fantastyczna strefa SPA, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania, bardzo wygodne łóżko z wysokiej jakości pościelą oraz cicho działająca klimatyzacja – wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Standard hotelu i poziom obsługi są naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie.

Jest jednak jedna kwestia, na którą chciałbym zwrócić uwagę kierownictwa. Kilka wieczorów z rzędu prosiliśmy kelnera o rozmianę euro. Za każdym razem sytuacja wyglądała podobnie – przekazywaliśmy banknot, kelner odchodził, po chwili wracał i informował, że banknot jest uszkodzony lub lekko rozdarty, prosząc o jego wymianę na inny. Taka sytuacja powtórzyła się trzy wieczory z rzędu, dlatego wzbudziło to nasze wątpliwości. Oczywiście nie mogę twierdzić, że było to celowe działanie, ponieważ niestety sam nie sprawdziłem dokładnie stanu banknotu przed jego przekazaniem i możliwe, że po prostu się mylę.

Poza tym wszystko było doskonałe. Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego hotelu i z pełnym przekonaniem mogę go polecić.

Fantastisk lyxig upplevelse.
Pros:

Det finaste hotellet jag bott på. Ren lyx. Jag bodde i rum 309. Enligt butlern som visade rummet, så var det, det största rummet i den rums kategorin och det var stort. Fantastiskt badrum. Poolen, wow. Jag gick ner strax efter 7 en morgon, området öppnar 7, det var bara jag där. Otroligt rogivande. Kostar det så smakar det, vill du bo lyxigt centralt, är detta boendet för dig!

Tips.
Gamla stan, mysig att bara strosa omkring i.
Gillar man schnitzel ska man besöka Podwale 25 Kompania Piwna (se bild).
En promenad över Wisla floden.
Ett besök på Mirowska market hall, en utomhus och delvis inomhus marknad.

Finns mycket polska sötsaker. Wedel är det kända märket. Även deras munkar Paczki är väl värda att testa, särskilt när de är nygjorda. Dobra Pączkarnia beläget längs Nowy Świat gatan, är ett bageri som säljer direkt via ett fönster ut mot gatan.

Vill man komma ifrån det mest turistiska så ska man knalla ner längs Nowy Swiat gatan, mer autentiska restauranger där.

Cons:

Detta är inte en kritik mot Raffles Europejski, utan åt Booking. Jag utgår ifrån att majoriteten som bor på det här hotellet har extremt djupa fickor och oväntande utgifter rör dem inte i ryggen. Ingenstans när man bokade på Booking framkom att hotellet tar ut en deposition, eller så var det för otydligt formulerat, för jag blev lite tagen på sängen när jag skulle checka in. Jag hade säkerställt att jag hade utrymme för rumsavgiften och lite därtill, men inte till depositionen. Efter att vi försökt pussla ihop det hela mellan mina 3 bankkort, där ett inte ville medge uttag så var de snälla nog att låta mig betala dagen efter. De utgår ifrån att man har djupa fickor, annars hade man inte bott där. Jag har halvdjupa fickor, så det var inga problem att betala depositionen dagen efter, då banköverföringen gått igenom. Lite pinsam situation, så mer en heads up för er som tänkt på Raffles, mejla dem innan avresa och fråga om deposition.

5 stjärniga lyxhotell har mest väldigt rika gäster, vilket speglar sig i tipsen man får från personalen. Man får köpa att det är så de är drillade. Om man inte enbart vill kolla Gucci och Louis Vuitton, gör man bäst i att själv reka om man tänkt shoppa lite. Westfield Arkadia är Polens största shoppingkomplex. Ett tips.

Potężny historyczny, majestatyczny budynek w najbardziej ścisłym centrum Warszawy, dodatkowo cieszy, że to hotel z polskimi korzeniami, perfekcyjnie na powrót przywrócony do świetności po wielu dziesięcioleciach niebytu
Wspaniałe przestrzenie wspólne, lobby, korytarze,
Apartament Piłsudski absolutnie doskonały, królewski widok z owalnego salonu z trzema gigantycznymi oknami- wszędzie doskonałej jakości, świetnie dobrane, materiały (drewno, skóra,) kolory, dzieła sztuki, bibeloty, a nawet zapachy.
Wygodne łóżka, miękkie pościele, nastrojowe światło, dobre kosmetyki i udogodnienia.
Pomocna, dyskretna obsługa, która potrafi odpowiedzieć na prośby nawet nim zostaną wypowiedziane.
Wyjątkowo smaczne śniadania a la carte jak choćby omlet Arnold Bennet z halibutem i truflami.
Warto zatrzymać się w tym miejscu

Cons:

Podczas tak krótkiego i nieplanowanego pobytu dość trudno byłoby wskazać obszary wymagające poprawy. Być może jakość wezwanej przez hotel taksówki na lotnisko po wymeldowaniu nie odpowiadała poziomowi pobytu i nie został zaproponowany adekwatny transfer hotelowy co w 40 stopniowym upale popsuło odrobinę wrażenie na koniec.
