We had a very comfortable stay and we're overall very pleased with staff and amenities.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our stay, breakfadt was very nice compared to where we usually stay (hiltons), and staff was very helpful. Jojo at the front desk made sure we very well taken care, was so helpful, and gave lots of recommendations for our stay!

Cons:

Ice machine wasn't working while we were there and there was no sign letting us know if it was out of order. Let staff know but we ended up just getting a bag from the gas station across the street. We also would have loved a hot tub with the pool to unwind.

They start clearing away breakfast 10 minutes early, and there is no option to serve yourself exactly what you want. The pool could look better.

The cleanness of the facility, the kind staff and the location. Housekeeping and facility maintenance keeps that building immaculate. The fresh flowers throughout the lobby kisses love it.

Cons:

The cable is sketchy for the short period that I was looking at television the cable kept jumping in and out and did so for my entire four day stay. Not such a major deal but inconvenience.

My bed had no backbone. It was heavily padded making it extremely soft and my hip started to hurt on day three I’m 150 lbs.

All over great stay!
Pros:

Very clean. No issues with anything in the room. Breakfast was fantastic every morning (we stayed 3 nights). Pool was your normal rectangle indoor pool- kids still enjoyed it.

Cons:

A good chunk of the parking lot was on gravel. So if you had to park out there and trek luggage in that was inconvenient and bug to deal with. Breakfast always tasted great but our last day there, Friday, there was an older woman with blonde hair serving behind the line who was extremely hateful to all the guests. Shoving plates at them, rolling her eyes, it made it extremely uncomfortable to ask for anything.
