Verify everything before stay!
Pros:

The gym was wonderful!! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety. All the kids loved it!
Our room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The surprise of a $50 per night pet fee AFTER multiple (4) communications before our stay to confirm we would have room for pets. We had 2 pugs so was charged $200 for 2 nights. This took away from family fun w grandkids! It wasn't expected and they didn't understand why. The staff didn't seem to care when I was upset at check in after learning about this.
