快適な部屋
Pros:

ロビー、部屋とても綺麗でした。十分な広さで快適に過ごせました。航空機遅延によりC/Iが遅れる予定でしたが柔軟に対応していただきました。また翌朝のタクシー手配の際にもお茶を入れていただき小さな気遣いがとても嬉しかったです。

Cons:

ウェブページに空港シャトルの記載がありますが無料のはなく、タクシーの手配のみでした。片道30€ほど

Freundliches Personal, interessante Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat eine große Balkontüre, die sich allerdings nicht öffnen lässt. In Kombination mit einer Klimaanlage, die immer wieder von kühlen auf heizen mit 28 Grad springt ist das eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Bad ist sehr düster und die Steckdose ein elektrisches Risiko. Ich habe das Hotel getestet, um in diesem Jahr vielleicht eine ganze Reihe von Buchungen vorzunehmen. Aber so wird das definitiv nichts!

Pros:

Firstly, the receptionist is not good and does not deal with customers in a good way. Secondly, the room is missing many items such as trash and things like bags, and the bed is not clean. There are many things that are not available in this hotel. It is a very bad hotel.

Nice room; quiet, beatiful view
Pros:

Nice view and room.

Cons:

We couldn’t open any windows in our room?? ‘You can use the AC’. No, some people get sick with AC, I just needed fresh air from a window. We asked for another room but it wasn’t possible.
For the rest of the things was ok, but this is unacceptable.
