Great location and easy access.
Nothing.
We recently had a four night stay here again in one of the beautiful executive rooms with a balcony which was just perfect.
The hotel is stunning, immaculately clean throughout and the staff are truly wonderful folks who looked after us from the moment we arrived. The rooms themselves are again, spotlessly clean and have lovely amenities with everything you would need including a fridge, iron, tea/coffee facilities and a stunning balcony. The executive rooms also have the added perk of their own parking spaces.
I think the jewel of this hotel are most definitely the folks that take care of you while you are staying with them.
Stephen welcomed us and was very warm and friendly and gave us some lovely advice on the surrounding area for restaurants and was generally very kind and took the time to chat to us when we saw him in the hotel. He is incredibly professional but also has the human touch which as a guest is all important when you are staying in a hotel.
Anup and Connor were also lovely and again, very professional. All three gents helped make our stay so lovely.
If you`re thinking of booking this hotel, don`t hesitate, you won`t be disappointed, We are already looking forward to our Christmas stay this year.
Thank you for making our stay so nice.
The Seaview room we had was perfect, size of room, facilities and view. The chap that runs the hotel has exceptional customer service skills.

Beside beach
Staff friendly, efficient and helpful.
Perfect seafront location with beautiful views from our balcony.
Staff decorated our room for a special birthday - thank you!
There was nothing in particular we didn't like.
Room was spacious, comfy and clean.
Right on main road. Fire alarm went off twice! Once at 14.00 in the morning.
The rooms were superb with everything you could need and lovely views
The breakfast was at the neighbouring Seamill Hydro and was terrible The coffee machines were all out of coffee or milk There were no pastries or butter and they had to be asked to refill items
Beautiful room
Very little milk for tea / coffee in the morning.
No restaurant staff so no meals available, no cooked breakfast
Lovely and quaint, cracking views
Rooms are spotless
Helpful staff
We Have been here a few times and have always loved it. When we arrived however we were told that it had been bought over by a neighbouring hotel and would have to go there to dine for dinner and a cooked breakfast. ( continental breakfast still available) I thought we would have been notified before arrival however the staff were very helpful .
They kindly gave us a voucher to use to cover breakfast as there was to be an additional charge by going to the other hotel and our booking had stated breakfast was included.
Very comfortable. Great for beach and cliff walks. Large comfy room.
Excellent shower.
No restaurant at moment but walked 2 mins to sister hotel. So no problem
Brand new fixtures and fittings in all areas
Slight creaking noises sometimes from rooms above and road noise at night occasionally as room was at front
Modern and clean bedrooms
Breakfast offering was the worst I've ever seen worldwide
Lovely location attended a wedding in seamill hydro. I can’t comment on staff due to not having any contact except for checkout

I chose to stay at the Seamill House Hotel for a continental breakfast, rather than being given a voucher for the Seamill Hydro.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
The room was comfortable and modern. The location was good for the beach. The staff were nice.
There was an issue with staffing so if we wanted a cooked breakfast we had to go to a neighbouring hotel. A continental breakfast was available in the bar but it was very basic.
Very comfortable. Clean. Pleasant.
Hotel is too hot with no air con. Duvet was too heavy for me liking.
