Location was great, staff were very good, room was very clean and comfortable, would recommend 👍

Upon arrival was met by a friendly, happy management member. A very kind gesture of a room upgrade was given to myself and my wife. The corrie suite was exceptional, the balcony has the best view and watching the sunset was perfect!! Spoilt for choice in the bathroom! Big comfy bed, big open space of floor in front of fire and tv. First visit here and I was taken by surprise from walking in front entrance. Clean, welcoming bar so if you need a refresher there is not far to go.
The carpet, a couple of marks. Spoiler for an outstanding room/balcony.
The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, with beautiful views over to Arran. Our room was very spacious, with a huge bed which was really comfortable.
The kitchen was temporarily closed so hot food was not available. A continental breakfast was provided, however we were advised that we would have to go next door to the Seamill Hydro for a cooked breakfast. We were told we'd be given a voucher and there would be an additional charge. I queried this as the rate we paid included breakfast so wasn't happy about having to pay extra. We were subsequently provided with a complimentary breakfast voucher.
The hotel is on a busy road. As our room was facing the road there was a lot of traffic noise. We were, however, provided with earplugs.
Spectacular location overlooking the Firth.
Stayed for a couple of nights to celebrate a special birthday.
Had a beautiful large bedroom with both freestanding bath and walk in shower with all the accessories you could want.
A very enjoyable stay made all the more perfect by the Manager, Steven, who could not do enough for us.
Fantastic couple of nights at Seamill House to attend a family wedding next door at the Seamill Hydro.
Rooms were beautiful - we were given the "Corrie", one of the executive rooms, which has breathtaking views over the Firth of Clyde towards the Isle of Arran and down to Ailsa Craig. The executive rooms also come with their own car parking spaces which is another added touch. Room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. From what we heard, the guests staying within Seamill Hydro didn't have as great an experience with their rooms than we did so we are glad we booked here!
We stayed on a B&B basis - we were informed upon arrival that the hotel has recently been taken over by the Hydro next door (or the same company), so we had to go over there for breakfast both mornings. No issues for us, food was great.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We will definitely return for the views alone!!
Big massive room and early check in. Tea and coffee and a fridge
Noone in the hotel after 11 o'clock when ours and others could not get in to their room and no information on how to contact someone. Had come back to the hotel early to grab a nightcap at the bar and it was closed.

Overall location was good.
The room facilities were good.
Room overlooked very noisy main road which disturbed sleep.
Hotel recently sold so lack of staff and had to get a voucher for breakfast at next door hotel.
Expensive for what was on offer giving the reduced circumstances and facilities.
The manager did his best under difficult circumstances but without extra sound proofing we couldn't stay here again
The room we eventually got was very nice with a balcony we weren’t expecting. However we gad to argue with the property that we had booked a sea view.
Hassle. The staff couldn’t find the booking to begin with. We had to argue a bit to get the sea view we had booked. We were told it would be a continental breakfast which was quite disappointing or we could go to the hotel next door and have the kind of breakfast we were expecting but we would need to pay extra money. We were not happy about this.
Loved the view from the private balcony, as well as private parking for the room. Stunning room and quiet location. Staff were lovely, especially Steven.
Although only temporary, having to go the hotel next door for dinner and breakfast, if it wasn't for that would be a 10/10.
Great location and easy access.
Nothing.
