Abbiamo trovato un capello nelle lenzuola, lo staff ha poi provveduto al cambio.
L’hotel si trova in una posizione vicino a luoghi frequentati da senza tetto e questo crea una situazione poco piacevole.

Wonderful – shouldn't be missed
Pros:

Great location, fantastic rooms, entertaining staff in the DR and a must-see historic site. You can't do better than this refurbished hotel in Birks original store on Rue Ste Catherine. Close to everything and yet on a calm square.
