Great place to stay!
Pros:

Loved the room setup. The pool was great, even had community toys (a little too warm). The Bathroom was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Would have been nice to know the available kitchen items to prepare and bring items to cook to save money on restaurants.

Parfait, excellent rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Chambre très grand avec deux télés, un canapé et une cuisine. Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner varié. À 10 min des parcs d'attractions.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 et nous avions que 2 chaises dans la cuisine

The rooms were clean. And the staff kept it up nicely.

Cons:

Multiple things -
The property does not provide any water, when asked they said that the water bottles are only for their loyalty members.
The breakfast served is average at best. the eggs were not edible.
The bathroom door kept breaking and the sliding door hurt my and my husband's hand multiple times.
They do absolutely NOTHING for special occasions. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary there - big mistake.
The shuttles are only in the morning and evenings and very limited times. They dont wait even an extra minute even if you have made the booking in advance. I spent a lot of money on ubers. I will be staying at a universal resort next time.

Pretty good
Pros:

Shuttles to local destinations. Staff, Pool, breakfast.

Cons:

Needs better description of kitchen. Would have saved a lot of money to know of tools accessible in kitchen and what to bring. Bathroom door didn't latch. No book or list of local places recommend for eating.
