Disappointing due to unexpected early-morning noise, lack of communication and toilet with hair
Pros:

The property is in a great location, close to the parks and other attractions.

Cons:

We were awakened at 8:00 a.m. by loud banging on the ceiling, and the hotel did not notify us beforehand that work would be taking place. We were also told we would receive a credit for parking, but we were still charged for it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

Una muy buena opción para una visita a los parques de Orlando.
Pros:

Configuración habitación familiar. Es difícil encontrar hoteles para familias con hijos.

Cons:

Sistema de reserva de autobús a los parques. Sólo presencial, si llegas tarde al hotel, puedes tener pegas con las plazas.

I was very happy with my stay here. It’s in a great location with a free shuttle to and from the Universal Studio theme
Pros:

The staff was excellent! The hotel is located close to all the major attractions and the free shuttle to and from the Universal studio parks was awesome for saving money.

Cons:

The property was nice. I feel the bathroom could be updated better.
