The cleaning service is provided three times a week, additional cleaning will be charged at 500 THB per time.

Pros:

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, lovely outdoor pool, surrounded by trees and animal noises,while being close to the beach, shops, main road and airport.

Cons:

The lighting had a weird 'blue' affect which was cold. We would have liked to have stayed longer but it was the end of the trip but would highly recommend it to future travellers.
All staff we spoke with were great as well .

Clean and budget-friendly
Pros:

The room was very large and clean and also had a kitchen area with a sink and fridge. The WiFi was good and there was also a TV with English channels. It was very peaceful and the people running it were very helpful and accommodating. It was close to the Soi Dog Sanctuary where I was volunteering.

Cons:

The pool was great but it would have been nice to have colder water! The TV was a bit small and a sofa would have been nice.

Pros:

Понравилось расположение апартаментов, приветливый персонал, есть бассейн. Можно взять велосипед бесплатно. Очень тихо и спокойно, поют птицы, много зелени на территории и красивых цветов. Территория небольшая.

Cons:

Такого не было, единственное мне вечером не хватало света , в апартаментах тусклый свет, можно добавить светильников!

Super Hotel
Pros:

Eine super Wahl um in einem ruhigen Hotel zu entspannen, Preis/Leistung passt hier wirklich.
Der Pool ist schön und meistens hat man ihn für sich allein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat ein Fitnessstudio und kostenlose Fahrräder zum leihen.

Toller letzter Aufenthalt vor dem Heimflug
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ca 5 Minuten vom Strand, die Dame an der Rezeption ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann nach demAuschecken bis zum Abflug noch Pool und Dusche benutzen. Danke nochmal dafür.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, das Wasser im Pool ist seeehr warm, für uns fast zu warm.

Hidden Gem in Mai Khao
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Maikhao Beach Residence in Phuket. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the crowded and busy tourist areas. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, making it ideal to truly disconnect and enjoy your time.
The location is great — just a short walk or drive to the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, which is clean, long, and not crowded at all. There are also a few nice local restaurants and small shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. It really feels like a hidden gem in Phuket.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful stay close to nature but still convenient for food and essentials.

Gut für wenige Tage
Pros:

- Pool
- freundliche Frau beim Check-in
- Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Mikrowelle etc.
- gute Ausstattung im Zimmer
- bequemes Bett
- kurzer Weg zum Flughafen (15min mit dem Auto) und viele Bolts in der Nähe

Cons:

- dunkle Seitenstraße
- unsere Balkontür war nicht abschließbar
- eine Glühbirne direkt über dem Bett hat gefehlt (gibt ungutes Gefühl wegen möglicher Kamera)
- viele Russen in der Gegend
- einer hat ins Waschbecken gekotzt, daraufhin hat auch unser Zimmer durch die Rohre aus dem Waschbecken danach gerochen
- Check-out hat ca. 30min gedauert, weil uns gesagt wurde, wir sollen uns setzen und warten, obwohl nichts mehr benötigt wurden, aber es war niemand da, der englisch sprach
