Nice vibe, good location
Pros:

The hotel has a nice layout and nice vibe. The staff is competent and seems to care.

Cons:

I had wifi issues in the evenings, and my backup (Smart cellular connection) only had one bar from my room.

The bed had a thin bedsheet without blanket. I woke up in the middle of the first night cold because I was using AC.

There’s some street noise in the morning, but it’s not so loud.

They gave us free water, but then at checkout, they charged for water we drank from the refrigerator, and there was no price list on display.

Relaxed vibe, great service, strong value
Pros:

Breakfast was good, had the omelet every day. Service was awesome, plenty of staff around the assist as needed. Pool was clean, rooms were large, A/C worked well.

Cons:

Received bath towels and washcloths, but no hand towels, and only 2 of each, would like to see more towels in rooms.
The street its on does not allow direct beach access, have to walk to Alona main beach which is a bit roundabout.
Finally, there is lots of street noise. Motorbikes with aftermarket loud pipes roar up and down the street at all hours, bouncing off nearby hotel buildings and it's just generally a noisy street (although not particularly busy street). Not the hotels fault, but light sleepers may want earplugs.

Fantastic stay..!
Pros:

Great location, very pleasant staff, rooms were big and spacious…will definitely be staying here again 👌🏻

If I was being ultra critical I would say just some better WiFi….

Ottima posizione a cinque minuti a piedi da negozi e ristoranti. La sera noi uscivamo senza problemi a piedi. Le stanze molto grandi e veramente ben pulite. Staff cordiale. Siamo stati bene. Consigliato

A home away from home😊
Pros:

The room is clean and spacious. Wide and comfortable bed. Good value for money. Accommodating staff. Over all the place is absolutely a home away from home.
