Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Incluso te ofrecen el disfrutarlas tras el Check-out
Buen desayuno. Pedimos un desayuno en picknick y también fue estupendo.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful stay
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, small but perfectly formed, within the walls of the old city of Avila. We had a suite on the second floor and the room was quiet, spacious, clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Coffee was available in the room, but they provided a kettle for tea. The breakfast was a feast and they easily dealt with my dietary intolerances. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was the best meal we had in our 12 nights in Spain. You can easily walk to all the sites in Avila, restaurants and bars from the hotel. Special thanks to Laura, Adrian and Julio for their care and attention, but all the staff were fabulous. We will return.

el servicio en habitación no hay ni bebida ni comida en la habitación y no digo a altas hora de la noche si no a las 9:30 que llegue uno a la habitación suite y no puedas comerte un simple sándwiches o una bebida fría.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

El trato en algunas ocasiones , es un hotel de 5 estrellas, el ir a pedir una botella de agua al bar de la piscina y que te contesten que tienen mucho lío y que no pueden dártela en ese momento te deja un poco en shock. Y en el restaurante que estén más pendientes del dueño del hotel que de los clientes tampoco da muy buena imagen
