Lemon Tree Hotel Jammu

We stayed here briefly before taking the early morning Vande Bharat to Srinagar, and the staff made what could have been a stressful transit feel unexpectedly smooth and cared for.
Since we had to leave before breakfast hours, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us early in the morning, which honestly felt like such a kind gesture when travelling with family.
What impressed me even more was how attentive they were toward my elderly parents. My father casually mentioned that the mattress felt a little soft for his back, and I honestly felt awkward even asking if something could be done about it. But the staff handled it so graciously and changed it without making us feel demanding or uncomfortable.
They also called us after checkout because I had accidentally left clothes behind in the room, and they even arranged to get them dropped at the railway station before departure. Small things like this completely shape how people remember a place.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and practical for transit stays, but what stayed with me was the feeling that the staff genuinely wanted to help rather than just complete a process. In a world where hospitality can often feel mechanical, that warmth stands out.

We had wonderful experience with nice food

The lemontee resturant named citrus is having polite staff, served delicious food, I like cripcy corn and Manchurian the most and mix kulcha was excellent. Evey Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is singing activity to entertain. The dinning guy Mr. Saurav is having very good skills and excellent service.

It being very pleasant experience over here i would like to thank specially Mr. Saurav dinning staff for their prompt services.
