IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

I had forgotten my packed pickle bottle in the room at the time of check out and when i called then to return it they said there was no such bottle.

Had a very pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Jammu. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was prompt, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The location is also very convenient, especially for travellers arriving by train.
A special mention to Ketan, Tanisha, and Liza for their warm hospitality and helpful nature. They were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist whenever required.

The restaurant staff is incredibly warm and efficient even though i walked in royally late. Saurav, Monica , Rakesh& especially young Samya were absolutely lovely !!
I had an excellent dining experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—friendly, and professional throughout the visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The transit was smooth and we got immediate assistance whenever asked for. The breakfast spread was nice and the serving staff was amazingly humble and ready to serve at the table for any specific request.
The noise throughout the night was a big let down for us, even from the adjacent rooms. Not sure if acoustic insulation could be improved to avoid noises. Hotel is next to a busy railway station and external activities could cause disturbance while you try to sleep. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.
Space comfort service food everything is good but improve your cooling as this was my second function there in the gap of 7 years but still cooling was not enough rest everything is very nice
