Dear Management,
Thank you for reaching out regarding our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the lack of water supply from 5:00 AM until checkout time this Monday morning. As guests who needed to prepare and report to work by 8:30 AM, this inconvenience caused considerable frustration and discomfort.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the apparent lack of communication and support, as calls to the front desk could not be reached during this period, which gave the impression that guests were intentionally being avoided instead of assisted.
While we appreciated certain aspects of the stay, access to basic necessities such as water and responsive customer service are essential and greatly impact the overall guest experience. We sincerely hope this issue will be addressed promptly to prevent similar inconveniences for future guests.

I would stay there only one night, low budget and not for families.
Pros:

Rooftop bar and the view was beautiful. Food was delicious.

Cons:

Bathroom was filthy. Location was okey, but the area was filled with autorepair shops and bazars. Also loud and filthy.

A bit doggy bathroom,lickage from everywere,when u open tab.Color of rooms thay are horible blue,pink...🙈🙈First day 1 towel(we were 2pax)

My stay wasn’t to what I expected generally not good
Pros:

The location was how it was stated on booking.com

Cons:

Their wifi was on and off not stable failed to do my work.
Language barrier,the biggest number of employees speak only Swahili.
Their breakfast was spiced without catering for clients who don’t like species
Requested for company invoice till now I haven’t received it and they had promised to send which they didn’t
