Please note that the only driving entrance from East Lancashire Road to the hotel car parking is through the Albert`s Shed car parking and continue to drive around the promises to reach the Hotel car parking.
If you are traveling from Manchester: Take the first turn on the left by the traffic light at the Junction of East Lancashire Road / Worsley Road, then 164 feet ahead turn on to Kildare Road (just on the opposite side of Folly Lane).
Alternatively, set your satellite navigation to M27 0YA to reach the hotel's car parking. If you are using public transport you may take bus number: 34, V1 or V2 from Piccadilly Gardens to East Lancashire / Worsley Junction. The nearest train station is Swinton Station, which is 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.
Please note that you can drive through Albert`s Shed car parking to reach the Hotel car park. Alternatively, you can use Worsley Road/Kildare Road to get directly to the Hotel car park. If you are using Sat Nav. Please set it for M27 0YD 1 Henniker Street. If you are using public transport you may take bus number: V1, V2, or V4 from Oxford Road or Princess Street to East Lancashire / Worsley Junction. The nearest train station is Swinton Station, which is 12-14 minutes' walk from the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

I found my mattress quite lumpy and a breakfast on the go in a bag a bit naff although it tasted good .

It had a funny smell to the room.
The room was big and had all that you needed for a comfortable stay, the bed was also big and the room had a good size bath.
Now we booked with breakfast and was surprised to hear that our booking came with a pack and go breakfast which did not sound to appealing, but what we had pre -ordered for breakfast was hot and nice.
Would of liked more sockets by the bed on each side.

The staff were lovely and it was clean. The V1 bus goes from right outside the hotel into Manchester.
BREAKFAST MIS SOLD !!! I was really disappointed that the breakfast wasn't actually a sit down full English. To be told it was just a grab and go bacon or sausage bun was not great. I booked this place because of the breakfast. Checked my email and booking and it only said breakfast is included in some of the packages. My confirmation just said breakfast included. So I thought we would get a full breakfast.
Friendly, clean, lots of safety measures. Restaurant attached Albert's was great. Location for what we wanted was good. Price reasonable.
Window was open when we arrived and there was a smoker outside too close. It subsided eith time but where aware when someone new was doing the same. Close window when not there.
The price and the fact that we could park the car on site.
The room was large but shabby. The breakfast was not nice at all.
