Nice compact room bed comfortable and shower excellent . No storage space at all for clothes . A fridge in room would be useful . Room cleaning not great , breakfast gets very crowded
The location is excellent and very convenient to all areas of the town. The transport is great via trams and there are many of them for any direction.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed, clean room, nice shower.
The walls are very thin, so you can hear chats in the next room. Very compact room. Unfortunately my stay overlapped with Harry Styles being in concert, so the room was overpriced to my mind. Not the hotel's fault, but I felt I overpaid.

The hotel is just fine. Can you stay there? Yes. Will you enjoy the experience? Probably not. If you’re looking for a place close to the center to just sleep it’s fine. But I am sure you can find something nicer especially considering the prices.
The rooms are tiny (which I am ok with) but there was no place at all to put a suitcase. And there‘s no closet or dresser just a hanging clothes rail (which was too low so e.g. medi dresses drag on the floor), no place to put folded clothes. Room was pretty dirty/dusty, carpet was VERY dirty. Room was not cleaned on first day even though we were gone for six hours so there was plenty of time. Most rooms have floor the ceiling balcony doors that go to a kind of courtyard, meaning you‘ll have other rooms with the same window/door setup that look directly into your room so there is no privacy and you have to keep the blackout curtains closed all the time.
You hear everything: people walking around in their rooms, drawers on the nightstand being opened, people having s*x… so overall unpleasant.
DEFINITELY SKIP BREAKFAST. Don’t pay for that. The service was horrendous. Everyday there were several food items already gone and not refilled or only refilled after us asking the staff. Breakfast runs till 11, so I would expect that at 9:30 e.g. the scrambled eggs will be refilled if empty. No hard boiled eggs, no scrambled eggs, bacon almost gone, no rolls, juice almost empty, cheese almost empty (and kind of dry), no sugar, no spoons, no tea spoons, no milk… the list goes on. Very bad service, especially for the price point.
The staff was lovely and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out.
Very noisy from a ventilation system. I was told by staff that it couldn’t be turned off. The room was cold even after raising the thermostat temperature to 23. Dusty and stains.
