When parking at night, I was hit by a car and ran away, but I was told that it was within the range that the hotel's security cameras did not cover. ( I believe it's not a lie because it's the result that the police officer I called confirmed with the staff)

If the parking space directly in front of the hotel's main entrance is not covered, there is no meaning in installing that security camera for guests. I think it's rare to be hit and run away, but if that happens, the hotel only told me to send a picture to the manager. As you can imagine, there is no response or action to the email.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel - everything was great
Pros:

Everything went well from checking in to the hotel, free parking facilities, the room was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious. we were not board with the breakfast offerings.

Disappointed.
Cons:

Room with bad smell, breakfast was downgraded. Noisy room upstairs. Disappointed. Water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low.
