Pros:

Rooms were big and spacious. Tidy, clean and good location.

Pros:

It was clean and the decor was good. The Jacuzzi and Sauna room 206/106 were very nice. They helped to make it special for a friend’s birthday at a cost mind you. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. Moi was very welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing or it would have got 10 Jacuzzi floor was wet when we checked in as they had a problem before we were told when we complained. But the room became musty smell and had to sleep with the windows open.
I asked them to move us, they did in the morning .

Brilliant for your first night but not much to do in the hotel itself
Pros:

Favourite thing was the food. I recommend the Mish mix. The breakfast also has good variety which was awesome.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, obwohl es offiziell als 4-Sterne-Hotel geführt wird. Meine Erfahrung war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Bereits beim Check-in gab es Diskussionen an der Rezeption. Obwohl mein Auto korrekt parkiert war, wollte der Mitarbeiter unbedingt den Autoschlüssel behalten – mit der Begründung, dass Fahrzeuge umparkiert werden müssten, falls der Parkplatz voll werde. Für mich war das absolut unverständlich, da das Fahrzeug ordnungsgemäss abgestellt war. Erst nach längerer Diskussion akzeptierte er, dass ich meinen Schlüssel nicht abgebe. Sein Verhalten dabei war zudem sehr unfreundlich und genervt.

Die Zimmer wirken stark veraltet. Alte Möbel, alter Teppichboden mit unangenehmem Geruch sowie allgemein ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Auch das Badezimmer war in keinem guten Zustand: alte Fliesen, alte und teilweise beschädigte Fugen sowie eine schwere Metalltüre zur Toilette, die sich nur mit viel Kraft schliessen liess.

Die Gänge zu den Zimmern waren eng, ebenfalls mit altem Teppich ausgestattet und hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Korridoren wirkten die Wände seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gestrichen oder renoviert.

Der Personenlift war sehr eng und wirkte schmutzig sowie schlecht unterhalten.

Für mich entspricht dieses Hotel in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Ich frage mich ehrlich, wie diese Bewertung zustande gekommen ist. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und definitiv keine Empfehlung

Przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżko. Śniadania - bogata oferta i przemiły, uczynny starszy pan kelner zdobywa serca gości.

Cons:

Po pierwsze - w pokoju jest ciemno z uwagi na zaciemnione okna i ciężkie zasłony, które mają za zadanie zasłonić widok z okna na ścianę drugiego budynku oddalonego o jakieś 2-3 metry od hotelu. Nie widać jaka jest pogoda bo po otwarciu okna jest wielka ściana a na dole kupa śmieci. Czar hotelu pryska… Poza tym w wannie z hydromasażem nie działał hydromasaż.
