Increíble
Pros:

El hotel es increíble, superó todas nuestras expectativas. Pudimos hacer el check-in unas horas antes y se lo agradecimos muchísimo al chico que nos atendió. Fue muy amable y nos dio una habitación mejor de la esperada, con unas vistas increíbles al Alcázar de Toledo. También aprovechamos la piscina y fue muy agradable. Todo genial, repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Pros:

Un hotel de 10 en limpieza, el tipo de habitación, la piscina con zona de hamacas y la ubicación a 10 minutos del Puy de Fu y de Toledo centro. El trato recibido tanto por el recepcionista como por el socorrista de la piscina han sido muy atentos y amables. También hay servicio de desayuno comida y cena a la carta. Es un hotel que guardamos para la próxima vez que vengamos seguro.

Heelijke plek!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel op mooie locatie, uitzicht over Toledo is geweldig. Groot parkeerterrein, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed restaurant.

Cons:

Er viel niet zozeer iets tegen maar was lekker geweest als zwembad 's ochtends open was.

Pros:

Tout le personnel a été accueillant et sympathique à l exception du responsable du restaurant. En effet nous avons pris 2 bons steaks (lomo) à 25€ l unité qui se sont avérés immangeables car plein de nerf et lorsque nous en avons fait par au responsable du restaurant il nous a répondu: «  c est comme ça, parfois il y a des nerfs parfois il n y en a pas », sans aucune empathie ou excuse et ce n est sûrement pas son sourire qui nous a rassuré, vraiment antipathique !!! Dommage car tout le reste du personnel a été vraiment agréable et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons mais nous ne mangerons en aucun cas au restaurant, dommage !!!
