L'unico aspetto indubbiamente positivo della struttura è stato la sua posizione: centralissima e strategica, ideale per esplorare comodamente Lisbona a piedi

Cons:

La colazione si è rivelata del tutto inadeguata e ben al di sotto degli standard previsti per una struttura a 3 stelle, mostrando un rapporto qualità-prezzo insufficiente. Il servizio al tavolo era completamente assente e la gestione del buffet ha evidenziato gravi carenze nell'igiene e nel controllo dei prodotti. Molti cibi risultavano alterati o scaduti: lo yogurt era chiaramente acido, i cornetti presentavano un sapore sgradevole e diversi prodotti confezionati avevano superato la data di scadenza. Abbiamo riscontrato una totale assenza di ricambio e freschezza della merce, aspetti inaccettabili per l'offerta alberghiera.

Sehr zentral gelegen
Pros:

Mitten im Baixa gelegen bietet dieses Hotel den bestmöglichen Ausgangspunkt um Lissabon zu entdecken. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte in bester Qualität werden grosszügig zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse in Portugals Hauptstadt.

Very difficult to navigate round the double bed. Bottom of bed right at roof eaves so could not walk round it but had to scramble around it.

Bom se quiser ficar 2 a 3 dias, no máximo, em hotel 3 estrelas.
Pros:

Localização excelente próximo da Praça do Comércio. Enxoval nível 4 estrelas. Funcionários educados e sempre prontos para ajudar. Café da manhã bom. Limpeza diária.

Cons:

No quarto em que ficamos, num dos lados da cama tinha uma parede no caminho, então precisava de atenção para não deixar o dedinho na parede. No banheiro o vaso sanitário ficava de um lado e o papel higiênico e o cesto ficavam do outro lado e distantes (surreal). Outro fator desagradável foi na área do café da manhã. Não tinha mesa limpa e ao solicitarmos à responsável pelo ambiente, esta foi grossa e com muita má vontade retirou as louças de cima de uma das mesas. Vale destacar que essa pessoa estava às gargalhadas com a recepção do hotel.

Some noise as it is very central so you can hear the tram from time to time late in the night and earlier in the morning.
