Pros:

Un emplacement exceptionnel au centre de Lisbonne. On peut faire beaucoup de visites à pied, Alfama, Baixa, Barrio Alto.
Accès aux trams et trains à moins de 10 mn à pied pour Belem, Cascais ou Sintra.

Cons:

Le bruit. Les tramways 12 et 28 passent sous les fenêtres. Beaucoup de circulation et les lisboètes ont la fâcheuse manie de communiquer par klaxon
