Otel genel alanlarda ve odalar konusunda çok yemiz ve düzenliydi. Personel her konuda oldukça yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı davrandı. Konumu şahaneydi her yere yürüme mesafesinde.

Odalar biraz daha geniş ılsa şahane olurmuş.

Très propre, bien situé au calme, petit déjeuné bon, juste manque d'intimité car il ne se prend pas dans une salle à part. Tout était bien pour le reste.

Conforto e Simpatia.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. A localização é um ponto de destaque. Perto de várias atrações e a 100 metros da Praça do Comércio. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos. Nesse ponto cabe registrar a simpatia e o atendimento prestativo da Senhorita Lara e do funcionário Muhhamed. Sem contar a cortesia diaria se suco, bolinhos etc.
Certamente é a minha primeira opção se retornar a Lisboa.

Cons:

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Tudo transcorreu de forma agradável.

Location was superb. Walking distance to everything we needed. Staff responded to any issues we had promptly. Quiet, safe and clean.

Cons:

Didn't replenish our amenities enough. A hotel at this price we shouldn't have to ask.
Skip the breakfast, walk up the street a few meters.

Pros:

- The bed was super comfortable.
- The whole room was very clean.
- The AC was quiet but efficient.
- Breakfast was versatile and delicious. I loved that they had fresh and tasty pineapple, melon, strawberries and orange slices and whole wheat croissants.
- The woman working at the reception was very kind.
- Perfect, very central location.

Cons:

These are only some minor things compared to how great my experience was:
- The room is very small, almost only as big as the bed, but I did not need more since I only needed it so sleep.
- The shower took very long to get hot but after the first day I let it run until hot while I brushed my teeth for example.
- The room has a carpet floor which I personally dislike due to hygiene reasons, but many hotels have that.
