Courteous staff, clean and comfortable lobby, quiet surroundings

全ての点で最高でした。特に立地条件が良かったのと、ホテルに朝食やレストランがあるので、外に出たくない時には助かりました。
アイロンも貸して頂き、快適に過ごせました。

Worst hotel. Loud music till late night from the 5th floor pub. No hot water in shower. Have to call reception for hot water and then wait for 30 minutes for them to switch on the geyser.
The towels have turned grey from white. The bedsheets have lint all over and are rough. Pls dont waste money in this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze. The staff were warm and welcoming and very accommodating, and did everything with a smile on their faces. Located in the middle of a bustling market, the property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. Housekeeping replenishes fruit juices and a few slices of tea cakes -- a small step that will bring a smile on the faces of their guests. The breakfast buffet was also decent -- breads, eggs, poori-bhaji, idli-sambar, garlic potatoes among other things on a rotating basis, with parathas if you want them. The dining room service staff were affable and very helpful as well.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Jamshedpur. Money well spent!

Rooms are huge, neat and clean with complementary drinks and cookies everyday. Bathroom is well spacious. You have enough options for food. The quality is awesome.
They have their barbecue and bar . You can gind stleast 20-30 types juices and shakes. It's a luxury stay and enjoyable. The staffs are polite and well-behaved. Reception persons are well trained . Moreover loved the hospitality.

very clean and organized hotel.. I loved the food too, I always asked for some remarks and I was always attended to...

It's in good location. Nice and clean. Staff response could be better. Breakfast is not buffet even though part of the deal. You need to choose from list and they will prepare. It's safe and well maintained.

I travel a lot and stay at hotels across the country. Jiva was a true stunner. Large rooms (Room No. 3012), great facilities (Sky Bar, Lounge, Conf Hall, Resturant, Large Lobby) and some brilliant staff. The tariff they charge is very moderate and the amenities offer are definitely better than most other hotels (in the same range). In comparison to Hotels in Vizag, Bhubneswar, Chennai, Varanasi, Allahabad...

The breakfast spread is impressive and fresh, with live counters as well. The lunch and dinner menu is exhaustive. I personally ordered chicken Mexican sizzler, biriyani, some chicken gravy item on subsequent nights. And they never disappointed.

One good thing is they offer Thali menus that are perfect for solo travelers. A little of everything - Roti, Rice, Dal, Veggies, Paneer, Chicken, Salad, Papad, Raita, etc. Along with Soup and Hot Chocolate brownie.

The in-room amenities are good. Complimentary toiletries, complimentary mocktails, complimentary cookies and fruit cakes, complimentary beverages, along with the usuals - drinking water, newspapers, etc.

Perfect for couples, families, and solo trips. Safe and well-located.

The location, however, is very chaotic and congested. It's in the middle of a bustling market area with lots of shops, eateries, and traffic. In a way that's perfect for easy commute and connectivity.

Budget friendly rooms, well maintained rooms, very cooperative staffs. Food quality needs to improve. Location is ok both for business travel and family with close affinity to market and other amenities.

I was staying in jiva hotel. It was my worst experience in this hotel. Rooms were dirty and the bedsheet was reused without cleaning. Inroom dining was very late to serve the food. Food taste was very bad. Overall worst experience in this hotel.

I spent a couple of nights here during a recent business visit to Jamshedpur.

The best word to describe this hotel is ordinary. There is nothing really wrong...the staff, food, rooms are all OK.
But neither is there anything great about this place. I paid a fair amount for my stay, so was disappointed.

The hotel boasts a gym, free wifi and offers complimentary breakfast. Room service was fine.

The rooms are ok.

I stayed here for 02 nights that is 24-25th January 2019. I checked out on 26/01/2019. I was allocated Room Number 4001 that’s located on 4th Floor. Room was cozy, comfy and cleaned one. AC was proper. Bed was comfortable. I had sound sleep both nights. They provided tea/coffee replenishments along with electric Kettle which I required and I loved it too. Staff at reception, housekeeping and restaurant as well as bar-cum-restaurant are polite, attentive and customer friendly. However, maintenance part requires improvement, i e in bathroom toilet tissue paper stand is fitted adjacent to bath taps resulting toilet tissue papers/roll get spoiled immediately. Secondly, they switch off ACs in restaurants and on pointing out they replied that it’s cold. I told them ventilations start working when Air Conditioners are switched on. AC controls air. Then only they switched on ACs. Staff should be properly trained in this regard. However, toiletries, bed linens etc were found clean and of good quality. Cost of food items are unreasonably high. The rates are as more or less equal to Mumbai or Delhi based 3 star hotels’ rates. These should have been looked into by the management. In toto, I enjoyed my stay here and I would prefer to stay here in future....
