Pros:

Loved the pool area, breakfast wrap, and the way the beds are set up outside but with good mosquito nets, it felt very peaceful and I loved waking up to the outside world. I really enjoyed this aspect!

Location unica e molto curata. Servizio piacevole.
Pros:

La location è deliziosa! La camera spaziosa e noi avevamo una pianta di cocco nel bagno! A colazione c'è la sceltra fra 3/4 cose, ma tutte buonissime. Turtle point è dalla parte opposta dell'isola: se volete andarci, noleggiate uno scooter elettrico e vi divertirete!

Consider a private room as the dorm is really less comfortable than you might imagine.
Pros:

The location is convenient, but honestly there's nowhere that bad on the whole island. The pool facility is very nice also.

Cons:

The shower facilities were very poor, with very low pressure, and water shooting in single streams in all directions from an overhead spot that couldn't be adjusted. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the lack of security in the dorm room and the room is accessible to anyone on the island, as there are no door to unlock just a curtain to push aside. The lack of walls in the room meant we could hear club music from the beach until 2am and were also awoken by the dawn prayer from the mosque at 5am. Although we knew the beds were swinging hammock style, it did take some adjusting and can be quite nauseating especially if you'd had a bit to drink or have bali belly.

Pros:

Floating hanging beds with gorgeous nets, big space for things with a socket inside that you can lock with things charging there. Staff was great, bike rent possible, free water refills, good breakfast choices, pool that's actually swimmable and has a deep spot.

Cons:

The showers needs cleaning badly, no hooks for towels nor shelves to out your toiletries on. Some toilet lids or buttons were missing.

Por lo menos en la villa faltaba limpieza. Bastante sucio todo y muy dejado. Electrodomésticos, mobiliario, etc. Le haría falta una renovación

Pros:

El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo (tiene piscina, bar donde poder hacer todas las comidas, en la recepción puedes reservar excursiones, hacen cine de verano en el jardín…). Yo me hospedé en la habitación compartida y las camas son cómodas. Los baños correctos pero tampoco son muy cómodos. Está a 3 minutos andando de la playa.

Cons:

Creo que se debería avisar que tienen gatos que se pasean libremente por el hotel por si no te gustan o eres alérgica (como es mi caso)

Pros:

Ich fand es war ein schöne und ganz andere Erfahrung. Ich finde man muss dort mal gewesen sein. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit, dass habe ich selten gesehen. Mir wurde bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen (Schloss aufgebrochen, weil ich den Schlüssel vergessen habe etc.) Ich habe mich bestimmt mehrere Stunden mit dem Personal unterhalten. Sie sind so liebevolle Personen.

Relax and enjoy this oasis
Pros:

Peaceful vibe of hotel
Staff really helpful and kind
The hanged Bambu beds are really comfortable and the price for the overall hotel is really good

Cons:

Some recommendations:
In the bathroom:
Add hooks inside the bathroom/ showers for clothes and towel
Add some kind of bath rack to put the shampoo
Add toilet brush, that way the toilets will be much cleaner
In the rooms: some of the nets have wholes and there were some mosquitos/ ants so check which ones to replace

Friendly staff

Cons:

Plenty but plenty of cats, poor shower (or water in general), fan was not working well, the curtains have holes so mosquitos go into the bed, breakfast is not good ( I just chose breakfast the 1st day, pancake: it was hard w/frozen berries in a kind of jam, no taste at all)

We loved the space, the vibes, and the comfy beds. Location was super convenient. Staff was helpful. Really helped us embrace the Gili Air ethos!

We struggled with limited breakfast options for our kids but we figured out how to make it work.
