מקום מיוחד מאוד עם הרבה אופי, בתוך מבנה היסטורי משוחזר בלב נאפולי. ההגעה לחדר מעט לא שגרתית – נכנסים דרך שער עץ לחצר פנימית ועולים במעלית ישנה – אבל מבחינתנו דווקא היה בזה משהו מאוד אותנטי ומלא קסם. החדר שקיבלנו היה מודרני, מעוצב בטוב טעם, נעים ומרווח למשפחה, עם חדר נוסף לילדות ומרפסת קטנה על גגות נאפולי. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת וחלל הישיבה שבו היא מוגשת פשוט מרהיב. זה מקום עם אופי של מלון בוטיק מעוצב ומיוחד, ואנחנו מאוד התחברנו לסגנון ולחוויה.

Cons:

מהתמונות בזמן ההזמנה ציפינו לקבל חדר עם האופי ההיסטורי של המבנה – תקרות מקושתות, ציורי תקרה ואלמנטים מקוריים – ולכן קצת התאכזבנו לגלות שהסוויטה שלנו הייתה דווקא מודרנית וחדשה יותר בעיצוב שלה. ייתכן וזה היה טעות שלנו שכאשר הסתכלנו באתר של בוקינג איכשהו הופיעו כל הזמן תמונות של החדש האותנטי. בכל מקרה החדר היה יפה ונעים בפני עצמו, אבל פחות אותנטי ממה שציפינו על סמך התמונות. בנוסף, הכניסה לבניין והמעלית הישנה, שדורשת מטבע כדי לעלות בשעות מסוימות, עשויות להרגיש מעט מוזרות בהגעה הראשונה, אם כי עבורנו זה בסופו של דבר הפך לחלק מהקסם של המקום.

I would not stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were helpful if you ask for something but that stops there.

Cons:

The cleaning was not good enough. They saved toilet rolls and Kleenex for themselves and also it was difficult to get two room cards from the hotel. They apparently upgraded our room but I do not believe it was an upgrade they sent us to building next to the main building where there was electricity issue. Also the breakfast was very basic and low quality. You could buy a better break fast from supermarket.
