Lovely hotel ,great location
Pros:

Hotel is lovely , liked that it's a bit quirky. We were given an upgrade in the newer part of hotel ,entrance via a different door with a cage lift, and air con and jacuzzi bath was welcome it was also quiet even though it was on a busy street. Staff were very friendly and helpful 👍

Cons:

Nothing really ,we got used to the lift access and the steps . Breakfast in the other building had same choice and seemed fresher ?

The facility is a little tired.
We received an upgrade to a room in a building next to the main hotel which was recently renovated. So it was good for us.

Great location and very comfortable and spacious hotel in an historical building
Pros:

Central location in the historical part of the city, very welcoming and helpful staff (thumbs up for Maurizio at the reception desk), comfortable king size bed with soft linen and generous and qualitative breakfast

Cons:

As it is an old and historic building, it is not perfectly insulated from noise

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto
Pros:

Situato in una dimora storica molto bella nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. Una particolare attenzione è rivolta alla pulizia. Colazione molto varia. Quando ritornerò a Napoli sicuramente sceglierò questo hotel.
