Pros:

Clean room, spacious and big terrace.

Staff where great and helped with whatever they could.

Good breakfast and selection in the morning.

Cons:

Nothing worth writing about. Maybe a little pricey for what you get but the location, breakfast and staff and location make up for it.

Pros:

The room was super clean and the girl at the lobby was super nice and friendly. Location is good.

Cons:

Breakfast can be a bit better and if they fix the elevator coin thing. Eventhough the room was super good and clean, we smelt a bad odor maybe from AC or the room itsself.

A class act - our favourite hotel in Italy
Pros:

Great location, we arrived via the ferry port and the hotel was an easy walk from there, about 15 minutes. Everyone is super friendly and go the extra mile, great support and advice from time of booking to when we checked out. When we arrived we had a tour of the property and learned about its history and features. The room was absolutely gorgeous, comfy bed and great bathroom with everything you might need. We only stayed one night but their advice helped us get the most out of our short stay. We would definitely rebook.
