Schöne Stadt und schöne Lage - es fehlt der Verantwortliche für die Apartments

Die Räume waren großzügig geschnitten. Der Blick auf die Berge war sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Buchungsprozess mit den Vorbereitungen und exakten Anweisungen war nicht gut. Der Self-Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, ich habe 90 Minuten von meinem Urlaub damit vergeblich verloren. E-Mails wurden nicht beantwortet, das Personal wirkte demotiviert und inkompetent.
Das Apartment war nicht gepflegt, es war nicht gut gereinigt und viele Dinge waren defekt oder haben nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Struttura abbastanza moderna, in posizione ottima. Parcheggio (a pagamento) molto komodo. Locali spaziosi anche se bisognosi di manutenzione. Il sig. Matteo dello staff è stato molto partecipe nell'aiutarmi a risolvere i problemi che leggerete sotto.

Cons:

L'appartamento che mi era stato assegnato aveva l'aria condizionata ed il frigorifero non funzionanti. Dopo aver protestato me ne stato fornito un altro, anch'esso con aria condizionata malfunzionante . In quei giorni a Trento la temperatura era superiore a 35°. Oltretutto entrambi erano esposti ad Ovest, quindi con insolazione pomeridiana. Solo dopo insistenze sono intervenuti i tecnici ed hanno risolto la situazione, rendendo gli ambienti abitabili. Qualche insetto di troppo in giro per l'appartamento. Alcuni particolari avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. Ad esempio un bagno aveva l'interruttore della luce bloccato in posizione acceso. Le illuminazioni nelle camere da letto erano insufficienti: troppo fioche oppure al neon, con luce fredda.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata segnata da un problema gestionale iniziale. Nonostante avessi prenotato con 14 giorni di anticipo, la mia prenotazione è stata annullata dalla struttura poco prima del soggiorno. Mi è stato comunicato che la camera non era più disponibile a causa della proroga di un altro ospite e che il disservizio sarebbe stato causato da un errore di sincronizzazione con il portale Booking. Ho trovato la gestione della situazione poco professionale rispetto alle aspettative.

In casa c'era molta polvere e non avevano lasciato neppure uno strofinaccio in cucina, né qualche bustina di zucchero o sale per pronto accomodo
