Fantastic and Great service
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The location of the hotel is ideal and great bus connections. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are well maintained and clean.

Cons:

I was hoping there would have a gym and the wifi wasn't great, but those are minor details.

Fine for our purpose, parking great, room and surroundings nice but restaurant very disappointing.
Pros:

Location good. Car park excellent. Room spacious with plenty of storage.

Cons:

Breakfast very ordinary. Milk in coffee machine (long life) vile made coffee undrinkable. Not much choice.

Very nice hotel but also very expensive

Cons:

Very poor breakfast buffet under cooked sausage scrambled egg was dripping in water hash browns under cooked. For the price they charge for the rooms they should do a lot better with the breakfast

Luxurious and comfortable
Pros:

Room service felt very fancy, the whole place was clean and tidy, and it was quiet overnight so we slept very well

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff and an amazing experience
Pros:

Amazing hotel. From the amazing welcome we received all the way through, everything and everyone was fantastic. The room was lovely and the setting was sublime. Had that ‘Centre Parcs’ feeling about it where you feel that you have been transported to a different world for a few days and you feel when you leave the property that you are back in the hustle of bustle of normal life. Highly recommended staying here. Me and my wife discussed getting divorced just so we could have another wedding there! (It looks like an amazing wedding venue).

We enjoyed everything about it!

Family trip to Isle of Wight
Pros:

Location was excellent, plentiful free parking, on- site restaurant and spa.

Cons:

Lakeside View Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. Decor was dated and shabby in places as were the other two booked rooms. Food was tasty but price to portion ratio expensive compared to other local establishments. Dress code on hotel site was irrelevant. Most 4* establishments we have visited have coffee machines not sachets. Also no shaving/make-up mirror in bathroom and nowhere to hang outdoor wear.

Lovely facilities and spa
Pros:

Lovely view from our windows, the beds were very clean with fresh linen. All the facilities in the room were very good. The Spa was fab and everything was available to use. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great.

Cons:

The carpet could have done with an extra vacuum, the headboard fabric was dirty. The shower was very touchy on the dial, from boiling hot to cold.

great location for exploring the island
Pros:

the location very convenient for the ferry and the island attractions. the pool and spa was nice the view across the lake and grounds are very pleasant , the staff especially the receptionists were great

Cons:

felt that the room servicing was a bit slow and the the room had a few issues with cleaning ie the cupboard doors had finger marks the toilet bowl had staining at the bottom underneath and some areas in the room were a bit faded

Overall happy with our choice, but could be so much better.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and my daughter enjoyed a very good facial in the spa. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a space for a fridge in the room, but no actual fridge in it! This was unfortunate for me, as I needed to refrigerate medication. A fridge is a basic hotel room requirement these days!
Bath waste was broken and we had to use something each time (eg tweezers) to get bath plug out!
Poor selection of tea in the room - no green tea of any kind.
Breakfast very average; no milk alternatives, dreadful coffee and very limited fruit selection. No nuts, seeds or anything of that kind.
