Nice hotel in quiet location with clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Plenty of parking, walking distance to a pub and very good restaurant, quiet location.
AC worked, bed was on the harder side but comfortable for me, towels were big, WiFi worked well for basic searching
Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

It was showing its age
Breakfast was limited and it was unknown that you could request poached eggs etc until we saw someone else do it

Nice peaceful
Pros:

All staff encountered friendly, Location good, rooms clean, spa lovely.

Cons:

Not so keen on the breakfast, although nice to have a buffet style and to help yourself. Also, I would prefer adults only in the spa, just my preference.

Our stay was great, everyone was so friendly, big thank you to Laura, Holly,Jess and Adam.
Pros:

It was warm and welcoming and the staff could not do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble

The spa area, sauna area/ floors could have been cleaner

Generally Dated, air conditioning in rooms very poor. Breakfast not great. Some staff rude.

Short break to Isle of Wight
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food at breakfast was very good. We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and the food and service was excellent.

Cons:

The condition of the room and some of the facilities wasn't great, the curtains in our room were worn and shabby, and the bathroom door was in need of a bit of TLC. The steam room and spa pools were much too hot.

Excellent customer service, facilities and can do attitude from all staff members. Outstanding and highly recommend it!
Pros:

The spa facilities, Brasserie and all the staff through the whole hotel and spa were excellent: Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The only thing that could enhance the almost perfect stag would be access to laundry facilities. Otherwise it was perfect!

Ok but has so much potential.
Pros:

Location great, grounds lovely to walk. Bed comfortable and everything worked.

Cons:

Place seems a bit stuck in a time warp, dated and in need of a facelift to be so much better, it could be fabulous.
Restaurant and food ok but little imagination or quality. Breakfast not up to 4 star, minimal and boring.
