Just what I needed.
Pros:

We had a lovely room overlooking the street. The facilities were more than adequate and I loved the retro feel of the place. Also next to several great pub and the boat terminal.

Cons:

It has character. I won’t hear a word said against the place.

Very enjoyable and memorable.
Pros:

All good, a little old and tired in places though saw the character. Staff very polite and helpful. Location ideal. Didn't eat in though pleased with the facilities available.

Pros:

Location was fantastic and food at the hotel was really nice ate there twice. Sheets n bedding was very clean.

Cons:

Room across road from majn hotel. Very old structure and sloping floors. Shower was not very good. Cud do with a really good spruce up.

Value for money if a little run down.
Pros:

Location is perfect from the ferry point
Spacious room with a front room and bedroom

Cons:

The hotel needs to be refurbished and a lick of paint.
No central heating for the whole trip and the staff having no clue how to resolve the issue.
The shower has been made for dwarfs

Room has not been updated for decades, but all works and is good money for value. Could use with more e-outlets at the bed.

Fantastic hotel, good food, great location
Pros:

My room was perfect as I was staying for 9 days. I didn’t need anything as room service cleaned daily although I did run out of toilet paper on the last morning but found some in the downstairs bathroom. Breakfast was extra and served in the pub next door which was a nice selection of food. Location was excellent, close to the beach and shops. Very good price for 9 days stay.

Cons:

I did struggle with the stairs as I have a disability but reception said they could relocate my room which was a kind offer.

Very helpful staff, changed my room with no worries (do to I'll health)low ceiling,but sorted it out with no problems
