The rooms were excellent which such an amazing view. Breakfast was marvelous. The reception staff were a little formal but generally the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some staffing issues in the restaurant which meant they were struggling to meet demand at busy times, especially at breakfast.

Pretty much everything. Location, staff, quality of service and presentation. Great kitchen and decent bar. River view rooms with balcony are outstanding and the walk in to Dartmouth is straightforward and short. Most of all though the staff are excellent. Attentive and thoughtful whilst also bring properly sociable is a great mix. Second visit and we will be back.

Lovely location. View over the Marina was beautiful.
We celebrated our 40th wedding Anniversary there and the staff arranged Prosecco in our room when we arrived and a special surprise at dinner.
The room was hot. No air conditioning in our room. The fan did help a little.
The breakfast was okay.
Cramped tables and seating for two especially for breakfast. Poor tea and coffee no taste and weak.
Poorly cooked dishes for dinner in the restaurant, the fish needs to be much much better presented and cooked because it was tasteless and not fresh. Please - you don't need frozen fries with everything they also have nothing to add to restaurant type dishes.
Untidy, dirty decking on balcony with cigarette ends, probably needs renovating in the future? Great idea though to have a balcony and really appreciated!
