Staff were excellent, so friendly, welcoming and helpful

The owner and staff are amazing and professional, service is better or on par with that at 5 star hotels I’ve visited. They will help you with whatever you need, offer help and advice on any question and help in any way they can! Shout-out for Niko and Georgia!
The location is great, right on the private beach with private sunbeds, its very quiet and not busy at all times, especially during the night.

It’s very easy to go to Chania or Agia Marina or Platanias, or anywhere you want!

The rooms are clean and fully stacked in terms of kitchen appliances, you have everything you need.
The bar is also nice and you can get drinks and food for a great price, the lady at the bar is amazing and will help with whatever you need!

Staff are brilliant couldn’t do enough for you , Nikos, the two Georgias . Location is absolutely brilliant , beach and pool just outside the door

Posto fantastico, pensato davvero benissimo! La piscina e il mare si trovano nella parte inferiore della struttura, in una zona tranquilla e sicura, perfetta anche per chi viaggia con bambini.

Nikos, il proprietario, e Giorgia sono due persone davvero speciali: ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso e sono disponibili ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire subito a casa.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo e, se dovessimo tornare a Creta, non avremmo dubbi: torneremmo sicuramente da Nikos!

Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per le famiglie! ❤️

Great location and amazingly friendly owners and staff. Nicos and everyone there were the friendliest people I have ever met. We felt so welcome from the moment we stepped in. The rooms were absolutely perfect. We were so sad to leave such a lovely hotel. I highly recommend this to everyone and can’t wait until we return.

Lovely hotel that provided everything we needed. A highlight was the soft sand beach that was right outside the hotel. No need to cross streets. The beach chairs are included in the stay. Very nice perk.

The pool was clean and easy to use. Had the breakfast everyday at the pool bar. But the kitchen in the room also has all the necessities to make your own breakfast if you choose to do so. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel where you can buy groceries. The staff was attentive and helped with the transportation from and to the airport. Was super convenient to book through them. They organised everything without us worrying about it. One less thing to do

We have stayed in many places over the years, but Phaedra Hotel is one of those rare places that makes you feel at home from the very first day.

The greatest strength of this hotel is its wonderful family atmosphere. Nikos, Georgia and the whole team genuinely care about their guests and always make sure everything is perfect. Their kindness is natural and heartfelt, not something you experience every day.

Georgia is an excellent cook. We enjoyed delicious traditional Greek food throughout our stay, and every meal was prepared with great care. The farewell pancakes she made for us on our last morning were such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget.

Our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday: a well-equipped kitchen, a safe, comfortable beds, air conditioning and a lovely balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff, who were always smiling, kind and incredibly helpful.

The location is perfect. The beautiful sandy beach is directly in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds, umbrellas and even beach towels provided for guests. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and the bus stop for Chania are all within a short walking distance.

What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Small gestures of kindness made our holiday truly special and created memories that will stay with us for a long time.

There are hotels where you simply stay and soon forget them. And then there are places like Phaedra, where you leave with hugs, wonderful memories and already find yourself thinking about when you can come back.

Thank you to the whole Phaedra family for an unforgettable holiday. We already miss you and sincerely hope to return one day.
