Cozy accommodations and friendly staff, but I definitely didn't feel spoiled.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

One of the three elevators was out of service which made getting to and from the room difficult. The shower wasn't fully functional, the overhead shower head wasn't operational, and the in-room refrigerator was annoyingly loud for how small it was

Great stay and lovely location - a relaxed stay in New York
Pros:

Perfect location for where we wanted (we travelled over to take part in the Parkrun) It was lovely to be away from the busy streets yet still lots going on, just a bit quieter which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful, we had a slight issue with the lift but it was sorted straight away. Great hotel.

Cons:

Everything was lovely, no complaints at all

Lokalizacja na duży plus. Całkiem cicho, pomimo dolnego Manhattanu

Cons:

Oczekiwanie opłaty za opóźniony o godzinę check out. W Europie raczej nie spotykany. W Europie Masz zgodę albo nie masz ale opłaty hotele nie oczkują.
Dziwny zwyczaj pobierania kaucji przez hotel, której zwrotu chyba nadal nie otrzymałem.
