Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We felt that it offered excellent value for money.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one very disappointing incident seriously affected our experience. A pair of our shoes, which we had left in the room, mysteriously disappeared. We reported the issue to the hotel staff several times and asked them to help locate the shoes, but they were never found.

The hotel staff told us that they would continue looking for them and that, if the shoes could not be found, we would be compensated. However, it has now been almost a month, and we have received no update, no follow-up, and no compensation.

This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because we were otherwise very happy with the hotel. We sincerely hope the hotel will take responsibility and follow up on this matter as promised.

Comfortable stay on the water near Wall Street.
Pros:

We had a great corner room with a partial view of the East River. It was very spacious and clean. Staff helped us deal with our oversized luggage needs and were very attentive.

Cons:
