The place is dirty and out dated needs a major upgrade didn’t have a safe the carpet was worn and dirty and the furniture was old and worn. The A/C was loud and the room never did get cold. Also TV work on regular channels and lighting was not good and the shower water never got hot. The loud noises in the hotel made it very hard to sleep. I stayed in a lot of your hotels but this was one of the worst. Elevator and hallways were dirty and needed cleaning.Please do a check on this Hotel. Thank

Pros:

I would have liked different protein choices for breakfast (scrambled eggs offered daily). Otherwise, it was very good. Staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.

Really great value for the property. Room was cool, very spacious - we didn’t realize we were getting a full on living space.
Staff were welcoming

Cons:

Hallways and lobby carpet weren’t clean and were very warm. When we first arrived it had us nervous on what our room would look and feel like. The room was very clean and AC worked great, it was a really hot week and I think they were just trying to conserve energy but we never saw any housekeeping for the stay that could attend to appearance of hallways.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, and the size of the room was amazing.

Cons:

The fitness center could have been better as there were no 25 or 30 pound weights for our workout.

Won’t be staying again. Not sure booking.com is a good option either. No one answers when you have an issue

Cons:

Couldn’t find my reservation because booking.com spelled it incorrectly. Tried to charge a pet fee equal to my stay. No where did it have that on my reservation

I enjoyed the hotel but I definitely feel like a few things need to be updated
Pros:

Nice area everyone super nice clean room.

Cons:

My AC didn’t work and to many children at the pool and it wasn’t heated and the pool room was already freezing.
