It was like a prison! Two small windows at the top of the wall that we couldn't open. No fresh air. AC on all night, was leaking and soaked my clothes hanging on the hooks underneath as the AC was leaking.
Toilet was a plane toilet with a shower squeezed inside. My feet were in the shower when I was sitting on the toilet.
Rubbish hotel, waste of money and wont come back. Yes it was clean but so are many other hotels that didn't cost so much. Not coming back and would NEVER recommend!

That you couldn't open a window. And some drawers would have been good
Convenient location. I got a 2 single-bed room. Small room with aircon but it's a bit too warm for me and the temperature is fixed. Perfect for travellers on budget. In general, a comfortable stay. Got all I needed for a short stay in Glasgow. Special mention: there is a TV in the room and you can borrow a hairdryer for free!
There was a little bit of dust on the bathroom countertop
The staff were exceptional. Due to my disability of being in a wheelchair one young man went above and beyond to help me. Stan. He was the most pleasant young man I've had to fortune to meet.
My room was a twin room. It was lovely for an overnight stay.
There are no facilities to make yourself a drink. My room was not an accessible room, but again for one night it was fine.

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, das Bad war dreckig, das Bett sehr unbequem.
Posizione comoda a una decina di minuti dalla stazione dei bus di Buchanan Street; personale gentile e disponibile; reception aperta h24; comodo il deposito bagagli.
La stanza era senza finestre e il bagno non aveva un sistema di ventilazione, quindi si inumidiva appena dopo aver fatto la doccia. Inoltre la doccia era a pavimento ed è facile allagare il pavimento così. Non c'erano tavolini o sedie dove appoggiare i propri bagagli.
The staff were helpful when we needed them , but left us to when not seeded
The step up into the shower was a bit risky . We knew with the price it wasn't going to be the best , but it was a very compact room, and the shower and toilet especially cramped
Very handy location had everything we needed.
Nothing specific, it just wasn’t bad. The bed is so comfy.
It’s in quite a dodgy looking area tbh
The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is handy for city centre and subway station. Room was clean and accommodation was adequate. However, I feel that the price (£191.25) was somewhat higher than necessary for two nights in a smallish room with only one small window high up in the wall, and no added extras, not even a kettle to make tea in the morning.

Staff were friendly and easy going, decent location close to subway and nearby shops.
Beds were rock solid and very uncomfortable, light from aircon illuminated the whole room all night, lots of noise throughout the night unsure what from so wouldn’t be ideal for light sleepers, window couldn’t be opened, very tiny bathroom and sink was clogged.
Location perfect
Very small, 2.50 for a tea from machine, 2 hangers behind door no storage space at all, smallest toilet I've ever seen, have to step out to dry yourself after shower.
