Worst hotel Scammers
Pros:

Nothing, As I reached the hotel locals advised no to book there they are doing fraud and scamming people's. They are taking advance money but later charge heavy money and booking sites Will also not help.

Dear Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay, which was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

The overall experience was impacted by multiple issues:

* Unhelpful staff with poor hygiene practices
* Extremely unhygienic breakfast experience, including unclean utensils and improper food handling
* Non-functional room amenities such as AC and TV set-top box
* Lack of room cleaning despite repeated requests
* Multiple room changes due to unresolved issues
* Misleading information regarding complimentary items, which were either restricted or charged
* Poor maintenance, including broken bathroom doors
* Rude and uncooperative reception staff, with no consideration for guests traveling with family and young children

This experience reflects serious gaps in service quality, hygiene, and customer care. I request that this matter be reviewed urgently and appropriate action be taken.

Pros:

The hotel doesn't provide meals except breakfast, so those have to be ordered, but there are good restaurants at walking distance. The staff is very polite and helpful, giving advice about places one can visit, and more. The bathroom was clean, and the room was cleaned everyday (on request). One can always depend on the staff for extra requests. Affordable, and close to the Kacheguda railway station.
