Bad bad bad
Pros:

Nothing bad all croaches and foul smelling, leak in a.c water , broken a.c. fan too loud, sound, bed going down side , matress is broken, upside down.

Cons:

Don't go to the hotel even for free stay if they offer.

Pros:

Good location for places to eat and local tuktuk stand. Helpful reception staff especially Jithendar. Also arrived very early and they allowed me to leave bags at reception before check-in.
Room was okay, could do with some maintenance but clean, along with clean sheets, pillows and also provided soap and towel.

Cons:

Not so much didn't like, just the room and bathroom could do with some maintenance. But they were painting the room next to mine, so perhaps they are working through each room

Pros:

The hotel is good with the location but no dining is available in the hotel. Lot of cockroaches. They have charged me extra for kids breakfast. And breakfast is paid only for adults not for kids.
