I won't book it or recommend anyone else for this place.
Pros:

the only thing I liked was the location but apart from that cleanliness, staff behaviour or the room itself was very very unhygienic.

Cons:

it was very bad, bedsheets and and blanket were all dirty! with visible marks that were yuck! but as we were late to reach Lko, at 10 PM we had limited options and the amount was already paid. there was a dampness in the rooms. smelling way bad! Not a good stay, don't go with family. As couples might be booking it regularly from OYO, this townhouse balls got bigger and a simple request to extend the checkout till 12 was very rudely declined! overall I don't recommend this particular townhouse to any of my friends, family or even enemies. Waste of space.

The behavior of the staff was good.

Cons:

The rooms need to be kept ready and available for accommodation, instead they were struggling with plumbing / leakage issues with bathroom fittings even though we arrived late, around 3.00PM and it continued till we left. Moreover, we enquired and requested at 9.30 AM on 5th Apr'26 (date of leaving) for 2hrs extra as late check-out which they agreed but never informed we shall be charged extra. Surprisingly while check-out, they charged EXTRA for Late check-out which is OK, but definitely is suppressions of information/facts leading to distasteful feeling.
