Agradable pero me tocó una habitación sin remodelar y el mobiliario, pisos y baño estaban muy viejos

La habitación que me asignaron no correspondía con las publicitadas, pisos, baño, muebles gastados, pelados, rotos. Muy desafortunado una habitación vieja.

Fin de semana en familia en Ibagué
Pros:

La actitud y amabilidad del personal en general se esmeran por ayudar a sus huéspedes en todo, estuve con una persona con movilidad reducida y fueron muy amables facilitando una silla de ruedas y silla para el baño durante nuestra estancia.
Sus excelentes instalaciones, las habitaciones cuentan con una vista a la ciudad espectacular, siempre limpio todo.
Su restaurante y terraza cuenta con una carta variada en platos y cócteles.
Quedamos muy agradecidos por la atención del señor Antonio, Alejandro y todo su equipo.
