Pros:

El trato del personal.

Cons:

Se explotó una llave de agua caliente del baño que causó una inundación masiva en todo el piso. El susto fue fuerte. El personal amablemente nos movió a una habitación más confortable, fueron muy atentos en resolver la situación y en acomodarnos.

Cons:

Solo hay 2 ascensores y se queda corto.
No hay servicio de cargo de las cuentas a la habitación entonces siempre hay que tener dinero disponible para el pago.

Cómodo y elegante
Pros:

Me gustó la limpieza de las habitaciones y la amabilidad de los empleados, fueron muy atentos. También las habitaciones son cómodas y elegantes.

Cons:

No me gustó del todo la experiencia porque no pudimos disfrutar la piscina ya que no tienen acceso a personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida. Esto es un error grave ya que se supone que la piscina es uno de los fuertes del hotel, por esa razón uno opta por otras opciones de estadía que si cuentan con acceso a personas discapacitadas.

Cons:

Atención de algunas personas. Falta organización alojaron un equipo de fútbol y perdí tiempo de mi estancia porque las calles estaban cerradas y no podia entrar a parquear.
Esperaba que me dieran alguna atención por los inconvenientes y no pasó.

Un maravilloso descanso con la mejor atención y servicio que pueda ofrecer un hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal es excepcional, muy atentos y serviciales. Hacen de la estadía un ambiente familiar y cómodo.

Cons:

Tuve una mala experiencia que está fuera de control del hotel, unos contratistas que trabajan con el hotel rayaron mi carro con el de ellos. Pero hasta el momento están respondiendo.

El hotel me ayudó a ubicar el carro y el jefe de seguridad fue muy proactivo y amable.
