Excelente lugar para descansar
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la limpieza y los servicios del hotel son muy buenos. El personal amable y dispuesto. El desayuno buffet delicioso. Está ubicado en un centro comercial y en general en una zona con buenos restaurantes, fácil de llegar, supermercados, tiendas alrededor. Pese a esto, en las habitaciones no hay nada de ruido. La vista desde mi habitación inmejorable.

Cons:

El ingreso es en el centro comercial, a veces el parqueo queda lejos porque no es exclusivo del hotel. El ascensor funciona como quiere, le da paseos a los huéspedes y es un poco cansón, hace perder tiempo a veces.

Creo que posiblemente es el mejor lugar para hospedarse en Ibagué.
Pros:

El desayuno que ofrece el hotel es bueno y variado. La atención del personal muy buena, especialmente de Nini, que estaba cubriendo un puesto y era de otra región.

Cons:

Los panes dulces no me gustaron mucho, creo que pudieran mejorar la receta de los panes dulces, generalmente al final del desayuno me gusta comer algún postrecito, pero lo que había no me gusto mucho.

La experiencia que tuvimos en el almuerzo de cumpleaños fue muy triste. La atención solo fue buena de una de las meseras, aunque la comida no se demoró las personas que nso atendiann tenian mala actitud había pagado decoración y todo lo que recibi fue un mini arco en globos, nunca tuvimos copas de agua y el postre que era para cantar el cumpleaños en el almuerzo me indicaron que lo habian entregado en la habitaicón y allá quedo hasta la tarde, tuvimos que comprar un postre adicional y nos dieron una cuchara, cuando eramos 10, adicionalmene pedimos una servilleta y la respuesta de uno de los meseros fue: Que no había más, Queriamos ver el partido de Colombia ahí el sábado pero con esa experiencia preferimos ir a buscar otro sitio. Adicionlamente estabamos desde la mañana y las bebidas que pediamos tardaban hasta 20 min en llevarlas aún cuando eramos los unicos en el espacio.
La reserva la habiamos hecho para 4 personas, y cuando hicimos el checkin solo estuvimos 3, nos hicieron el cobro normal pero luego me escribieron que tenia un saldo de mas de 700 mil que me fue cobrado en el checkOut

Excelente estadía. Todo el Staff son personas maravillosas, amables, atentos, siempre muy pendientes y dispuestos a atenderte. Con muy buena actitud para el trabajo lo hacen con bastante profesionalismo. No pude capturar el nombre de todos pero si fuera posible escribiría el nombre de cada una de las personas aquí para agradecerles está bonita experiencia.
