Cómodo y agradable
Pros:

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, bien iluminada. La cama y las almohadas son muy suaves. La decoración es sobria, rústica, muy acorde al ambiente.

Cons:

A veces no funcionaba bien la Luz. No hay wifi en la habitación, tampoco hay televisor en la habitación.

Recomiendo por el lugar y el espacio lindo, pero hay cosas mejorar

Me gusto es espacio, el hotel es muy bonito y tie muchos espacios donde uno puede sentarte y conversar cin su pareja o familia. La plantas alredor son muy lindos.

La cama fue comoda y mi habitation fue limpio

El desayuno no fue mal pero creo que pede ser mejor y el personal del hotel me parecio que estaba de mal genio. La piscina esta bonita pero el agua esta muyyyy fria.

The location was very good.

Cons:

Staff was terrible, arrogant, and unpleasant.
After 8 p.m, it is impossible to access the hotel. We went out for dinner and came back to closed entrance with a sign to ring a bell, except there was no bell at all. It was raining and we were standing on the street waiting for somebody to open, which took like half an hour. And the person who opened was rude and ignorant. Awful experience!
Moreover, we chose this place because on the website it says that the breakfast is served from 7-10 a.m. This is not the case.
The best one can do is stay away from this horrible place!

Un poco sobre valorado, pero óptimo. Check In inicia a las 3pm

Instalaciones Coloniales y colchón de la cama, también Los jabones del baño de muy buena calidad

Cons:

No hay TV y el Internet solo disponible en el co-working. Demasiado y riguroso control al tema de las toallas solo entregan 3. Ruido de podadoras en la mañana. El desayuno y el personal que lo distribuye tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora. La atención no fue la mejor, el horario de la piscina es limitado al igual que el del desayuno.

El check in inicia a las 3 pm. No a la 1 pm

Pros:

¡que el desayuno estuviera incluido fue un plus!! Además, se ofrecieron a servirme un poco antes, lo que me pareció muy amable, ¡volveré en mis siguientes visitas!

Cons:

En mi caso no me afectó mucho por la ubicación de mi habitación, pero el wifi solo se puede usar en el coworking de manera general.

En los comentarios del hotel se hablaba de aceptar mascotas., y por lo mismo reservé en este hotel. Con sorpresa, despues de hacer el checkin y cancelar.., me informan que no me pueden recibir con mi familia por llevar a mi mascota.... asi que no tuve otra opcion que aceptar hospedarme en otro hotel de su convenio; puesto que ellos no hacian devolución de dinero y menos hacerlo con booking. Definitivamente renuncio a volver a usar Booking .. con esto me demuestra una vez mas que es un mal operador al provocar malas experiencias con las expectativas que uno se hace al selecionar una propuesta de descanzo que no esta en conformidad y menos sin el respaldo de booking .
