최초 예약할 때 가급적 고층 배정 요청 드렸고 알겠다는 답변을 받았는데 막상 체크인하니 2층이었습니다.
답변을 상황에 따라 불가능 할 수 있다고 받았으면 이해했겠지만 알겠다고 하시고 2층을 배정해 주신게 아쉬웠습니다.
침대도 그렇게 편안하지 않았지만 이 부분은 가격 고려하면 이해됩니다. 수영장은 좋았습니다!

Good location in Jeju-city
Pros:

The room was quite spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, you could hear some of the noises coming from the street if your room is facing that side, but nothing major. The shower in the bathroom was also quite big - extras were provided at no cost (comb, toothbrush, toothpaste). We also enjoyed visiting the swimming pool on the last floor (open until 9pm); we went on a late afternoon and there was no one. The view is really good and service is cheap (we rented a full set of swimsuit + towels + swimming cap for 18.000 won, which is roughly 10€). On the same day we also booked a full body massage at their spa, which we also quite enjoyed, especially after two intense days of walking. Location is also really good, in the heart of Jeju city and essential pick up points for bus tours, as well as 10 min drive from the airport.

Cons:

The staff was not super communicative; we had to insist to have our massage booked, as we couldn’t take care of it since we had a tour booked at 7 and the spa opens at 10 only; they told us immediately they couldn’t do it, but after a quick exchange they proceeded with the booking. In the room we found a small leaflet with a special discount price for the massage (85.000 won), we thought we would pay that but no one at the reception informed us that the price shown was cash only (no VAT included). We ended up paying 102.000 won (roughly 59€ each person).
The massage was good (thai-massage style), but the room was not really prepared for relaxation-mode, no big ambience such as relaxing music or warm room temperature; on top our masseuses would sometimes receive loud phone calls and pick up the phone. Despite of that, they were really good and properly stretched us out!

The bathroom is pretty old, mosquitos were all over and the room didn't have any AC so we had to open the window and share the room with mosquitos..imagine trying to rest and sleep at night with mosquitos flying around your kids or yourself..
