Pros:

早朝便を利用するために利用したが、成田駅から徒歩5分程度なので便利だった。朝食が5時スタートなので利用することができた。夕食も駅との間にスリランカ料理のレストランがあって利用したが、スタッフが親切で味も良く、困ることは無かった。値段以上のお得感があった。

Cons:

唯一の欠点は、隣室との防音は無いに等しく、早朝や深夜は、テレビを観たりトイレを流すのもはばかられた。

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect too much.
Cons:

I got through the night, but didn't feel too comfortable. The facilities were outdated and a bit dirty. My pillow and bedding had stains. The in-suite bathroom had a steep entrance approximately 5 inches off the ground (which some might consider a safety hazard, especially at night), and it constantly smelled strongly of sewer due to an odour coming through the plumbing. My umbrella was also stolen from the entrance umbrella rack.

Wprawdzie przy rezerwacji nie było śniadania ale ku mojemu zdziwieniu śniadanie otzymywałem.

Value for money hotel
Pros:

There was free breakfast!! Simple meal but for them to include breakfast at this price is an absolute steal.

Location is also pretty near the train station.

Cons:

Toilets weren't bidets in the room, maybe I'm just expecting it to be the case for all of Japan
