Отличное отношение персонала. Отличная работа горничной Nune. Шеф повар зачетный и официанты на высоте. Не первый раз останавливаемся здесь - нареканий нет. Просто гостиница веет добром и теплым отношением.

Overall, a very good stay—reliable and comfortable, with no unpleasant surprises.
Pros:

Very friendly and polite staff—the front desk team was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including slippers and all necessary amenities. Tea and coffee in the room were also provided and of good quality.

Cons:

The bathroom could use renovation. Everything was functional, but it didn’t feel comfortable or modern. Also, the room only had two hangers, which wasn’t enough for two people.

Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast with outstanding service from Tazo and Mari.
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was the clean and comfortable rooms, which made the stay very relaxing. The bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise — the shampoo and body wash had a distinctive tobacco and vanilla fragrance, very reminiscent of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, which added a luxurious touch.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality that truly stood out. A special mention to the front desk staff, Tazo and Mari, for their exceptional service — they were warm, attentive, and made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Speed of the Internet could be improved.
