Pros:

Výborná dostupnost k letišti (kvůli ceně radši použít mezinárodní aplikace taxi služeb). Pohotová komunikace s personálem, čistota ,výborná snídaně a živá hudba.

Cons:

O něco starší ale asi renovovaný nabytek. Panty dveří by se mohly namazat.

Worst Stay I’ve Ever Had
Pros:

Good location, and breakfast.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this was by far my worst experience, and I have decided that I will never stay here again.

The biggest reason is the staff. They are completely unhelpful, and during all of my stays I have almost never seen any of them smile (with the only exception being the lady who plays the piano).

The staff are remarkably rude. During breakfast, while I was pouring coffee into my own thermos, one of the male waiters sarcastically said, “Go ahead, fill it all the way up.” When I looked at him, he then said in a very rude tone that they actually do not allow guests to do that. His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The day before, I had paid for a room reservation for a friend. Unfortunately, my friend could not arrive that night and came the following morning instead. Even though we had already paid for the room, I politely asked the receptionist if my friend could have breakfast. They refused without making the slightest effort to help or show any flexibility. Their attitude made it clear that customer service is simply not a priority here.

Another issue is the complete lack of professionalism at the front desk. One of the night-shift receptionists repeatedly addressed me as “my friend.” We are not friends, and this is not an appropriate way to address a guest in a professional hotel.

Overall, this hotel has some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. The staff are rude, inflexible, and unwilling to help. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never stay here again.

Pros:

חדרים יפים ואסתטים עם ריח טוב. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה וחצר נחמדה לשבת בה לאכול. מקלחת טובה ונעימה עם המון תוספות כמו מברשות שיניים וכובעי רחצה

המיטות היו מאוד מאוד לא נוחות. לא ישרות וגבשושיות. הסביבה מרוחקת.

Vriendelijk personeel, heel uitgebreid ontbijt vanaf 7 u in buffetvorm, steeds aangevuld. Hotel goed gelegen, op 10 minuten van de luchthaven.goede bedden en airco in de kamer .We hebben er savonds goed gedineerd, ook in buffetvorm met live musici.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. We zochten een overnachting plek voor een doorreis.

Cons:

Het heeft zijn mooiste dagen wel gehad. Het meeste functioneert nog wel maar rammelt: muur knoppen voor de lift, deur naar kamer. Verder wel goed schoon en netjes. Ontbijt was minder gericht op Europeanen.
