スタッフの態度が悪い

7/16の夜にいた男性スタッフの対応が酷い。デリバリーを頼み、届いたら通してくださいと伝える為に電話したが終始キレ気味で対応。そしてその後デリバリーが届いたのでドアを開けてくださいと言うために電話。廊下に置いてあるらしいんでとだけ言ってこちらが話してる途中で切られました。そして別件でしばらく後に車に物を取りに行きたいので開けて欲しいと頼んだら「フロント戻るまで待ってください。忙しいんで」と吐き捨ててこちらが返答する前に一方的に切られました。そしてその後も開けましたよの連絡も一切なく、開いてるかな？とドアを押したら開いていて、またあの人に開けてと頼むのもな、と思いドアを少し開けてドア前で待機してたら今度は電話が来て閉めろと。先程のホテル側の対応のせいでこちらも対策したらそれはそれでキレられ、本当に何をしてもキレてきます。忙しいのは分かりますがそれ以前のとにかく最悪な対応でした。二度と利用しません。

宿泊する3時間前くらいに急遽予約しましたが、電話でチェックイン時間に間に合わない旨を連絡した時、優しく対応して下さり安心して泊まれそうだな〜と思いました！施設が古いだけで、お風呂につかれて寝るだけなら快適かと。
Pros:

シングルベッドと記載されていたが、普通にラブホテルの大きなクイーンベッドでした。

Cons:

きっと古い建物なのでしょう。お風呂場がカルキ痕が残ってて、古いなぁ〜って感じました笑

安くて最高
Pros:

とにかくチェックインが15時〜、チェックアウトが12時と長く滞在できるのに、料金が安くてホントありがたいホテル。今回は早く行けなく遅くなってしまいましたが、シャワーのでもいいし、エアコンもちゃんときいてるし、満足でした。

Cons:

床に髪の毛があったり、ザラザラしてたりと、清掃面で少し疑問がありました。
