Que el plato de ducha estaba suelto, y el grifo de la pica perdía agua por debajo, habría que arreglarlo para no tener un resbalón

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la plage et au calme. La chambre est grande et la terrasse est agréable.

Cons:

Si nous devons apporter des pistes d'amélioration : revoir le mini bar qui ne refroidit pas (21 degrés en permanence), 2 coffres fort HS qui peuvent être utiles quand l'on va a la plage.

It was a treat to be able to stay here! I highly recommend Hotel Llar de Capitans!
Pros:

The location was just a few blocks from the beach. The hotel gave us beach towels and an umbrella to use. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda, too. The staff were very attentive.

Séjour très décevant : logement sale, équipements manquants et départ particulièrement conflictuel.
Pros:

Malheureusement, très peu de choses. Le logement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes ni au niveau de qualité présenté lors de la réservation.

Cons:

L’état général du logement était très décevant : matelas et linge tachés, serviettes tachées et trouées, produits de toilette déjà utilisés, mobilier et murs sales, rideau déchiré, douche mal nettoyée et plusieurs équipements annoncés absents. Nous étions 5 personnes pour 2 nuits avec seulement un rouleau de papier toilette.
Le départ a également été très difficile : 100 € nous ont été imposés pour la présence de notre chien, sans facture détaillée ni justification écrite remise sur place. Lorsque nous avons contesté cette somme, nous avons été empêchés de quitter l’établissement jusqu’à l’arrivée de la police. L’établissement avait également photocopié les pièces d’identité de plusieurs membres de notre famille ainsi que ma carte bancaire recto-verso, ce qui m’a ensuite conduite à faire opposition à ma carte.
Une expérience très éprouvante et très éloignée de ce que nous pensions avoir réservé.

Les inconvénients était largement compensé par les avantages.
Pros:

L’accueil , la propreté, l’accès au transport publique pour aller à Barcelone sans voiture . La possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place.

Cons:

Le manque de place de stationnement (payant dans la rue) , l’hôtel possède 4 places (payant) mais ne convient pas à une grosse berline ou un Suv.
