Супер място до красив парк
Pros:

Бяхме само за една нощувка, но като цяло останахме много доволни от престоя си. Стаята беше просторна и приятна, а леглата – много удобни, така че се наспахме отлично. Хотелът разполага и с приятен басейн, което е голям плюс, когато си с малко дете.

Закуската беше добра и с достатъчен избор. Единственото, което ни направи впечатление, беше липсата на персонал в ресторанта. Кафемашината даде грешка и доста време нямаше никой наблизо, който да я оправи.

Най-голямото предимство за нас обаче беше прекрасното езеро и паркът около хотела – мястото е много красиво и е идеално за спокойни разходки.

Като цяло бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме.

Cons:

При настаняването имахме малък проблем с картата за стаята – първоначално не отключваше вратата, а след това се наложи отново да се върнем до рецепцията, защото не работеше и електричеството в стаята. Не беше нещо сериозно, но беше малко неприятно да се връщаме два пъти, преди да успеем да се настаним.

Am ales acest hotel pentru o noapte, fiind în tranzit spre Grecia. Per total, experiența a fost una plăcută, iar hotelul este unul frumos, însă pentru standardul de 5 stele cred că mai sunt câteva aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite. Nu am avut probleme majore de semnalat, dar așteptările sunt, bineînțeles, mai ridicate la acest nivel.

Restaurantul este unul dintre punctele forte ale locației, priveliștea asupra lacului este superbă, iar mâncarea a fost gustoasă.

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența a fost puțin umbrită încă de la sosire de atitudinea unei angajate care părea responsabilă de sala de restaurant și rezervări. Modul de comunicare a fost destul de rece și tăios, ceea ce nu se potrivește cu ospitalitatea așteptată într-un hotel de 5 stele.

De asemenea, am avut o așteptare destul de lungă pentru pâine (ciabatta). Mâncarea a fost adusă la masă, însă pâinea a venit după mai bine de 15 -20 minute, când preparatele deja se răciseră, ceea ce a afectat puțin experiența mesei.

Čudovit SPA hotel na robu mesta

Izredna lokacija - nahaja se na obrobju mesta ob malmem jezercu in prečudovito okolico. Kot nalašč za počitek ali nabiranje moči.
Sobe so prekrasno opremljene, prostorne in zredno udobne.
Priporočam za izhodišče za raziskovanje okolice ali za nekajdnevno regeneracijo.

Разположението е страхотно. Чисто! Закуската беше богата.

Cons:

Няма тераси!!! В ПАРК ХОТЕЛ си , а се чувстваш като в аквариум. Много "тежки" мебели в малко пространство. Персонала на рецепция не беше усведомен за работното време на ресторанта и ни подведе. На закуска машините за вода и кафе неработеха, защото няма кой да види , че е свършила водата.
