Wunderschönes Hotel Bijou
Pros:

Was für ein Bijou in Aosta. Mega tolle Lage - etwas oberhalb vom Städtchen - viele kostenlose Parkplätze - ein mega Pool - die Zimmer super sauber und gross - sehr ruhig - herzliches und aufmerksames Personal - fantastisches Frühstück

Cons:

Es gibt kein Abendessen (etwas schade) falls man richtig essen gehen möchte, ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss ins Städtchen - Doch kann man im Hotel eine Platte mit Käse und Fleisch bestellen oder auch ein Panini - ebenso gibt es eine gutbestückte Bar mit lokalen Weinen

Aller y faire un tour et vous ne voudrez plus repartir
Pros:

Très belle bâtisse merveilleusement bien située avec une vue magnifique sur Aoste.
Les parties communes du Rdc sont très bien meublées, cela donne une ambiance de chalet très cosy. Les terrasses extérieures sont parfaites pour prendre le déjeuner et l’apéritif.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de gâteaux faits maison. Enfin le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute. Rien à redire, on passe assurément un séjour inoubliable !

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait une touche de rafraîchissement. La douche est petite et on met de l’eau facilement de partout.

Séjour agréable en famille
Pros:

Bon emplacement, cadre très joli, idéal pour se ressourcer après une journée de visites
Très bon petit déjeuner, très grand choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts
La délicate attention de l'hôtel de mettre gracieusement à disposition au bar des "petites douceurs" ; à déguster avec un bon cappuccino en fin d'après-midi sur la terrasse de l'hôtel

Cons:

Literie du lit double dans la suite familiale pas confortable.
Les vitres de la suite familiale n'étaient pas faits, dommage pour un 4 étoiles.
Pas de bulles dans le jacuzzi extérieur mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter
Piscine non opérationnelle fin mai, dommage car les températures particulièrement agréables auraient permis d'en profiter pleinement

Hotel tem excelente localização, mas necessida melhorias (ar condicionado, piscina etc).
Pros:

Excelente localização e cafe da manha formidavel. Equipe também excelente !

Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto nao funcionou, e fazia muito calor. Piscina estava fechada em pleno verão (fazia 30o C e a piscina fechada por obras).

accueil impeccable, chambre confortable et on peut le supposer assez grande pour un hôtel de montagne, petit-déjeuner superbe, calme omni présent, belle vue sur Aoste et la montagne environnante, parking très pratique·

Well Located 3 Star Hotel
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

NOT a 4 Star, 3 Star at best. Zero customer service (we survived a Tour Italia bike race and a long water outage with no help/advice from the hotel) mediocre breakfast except for baked goods, hard beds with low quality bedding, no complimentary water, and no real bar to sit at for a drink.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with friendly staffs and the breakfast was outstanding!

Cons:

Doesn’t serve meals for supper, fortunately we were able to order dinner from a restaurant nearby delivered to the hotel .

Séjour confortable, très apaisant et humain.
Pros:

Accueil sincère dans un établissement pittoresque et sympathique. Simplicité et élégance dans un hôtel bien entretenu qui a une âme et une histoire, bien loin des chaînes d'hôtels souvent impersonnelles.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnellement généreux et renforce un peu plus encore le côté familial de cet établissement bienveillant.
