Como puntos fuertes destacó la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos
Presentamos algunos problemas en la habitación, estuvimos un día completo sin agua caliente, a pesar que les comentamo, nos dijeron que se solucionaría al día siguiente que porvablmente no llegaba al 4to piso, ademas la manguera filtraba agua. La puerta del baño no cerraba, lo cual tampoco se soluciono es nuestra estadía.
La variedad en el desayuno y tamaño de dormitorios
La ubicación del Hotel es muy buena
Las habitaciones no estaban calefaccionadas por reparación, pero no tenían otra opción, como un calentador u otro método mientras reparaban el daño, la piscina estaba también con problema de temperatura por una filtración, no estaban operativos los saunas y los masajes tampoco por reparación de la sala.

Que durante los 4 días que estuvimos en El hotel se presentó una Gotera en la zona del casino y luego en mi habitación en el baño. Nos cambiaron inmediatamente.
Falta más variedad de la carta del restaurante em cuanto a comida.

El lugar de la picina , SPA, muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que va al mismo tiempo , todos apretados

El hotel en si era muy bueno, el personal muy servicial, buen desayuno y gastronomia, instalaciones mantenidas, estacionamiento y WiFi buenos.
La parte donde me aloje carece de accesibilidad lo que implica que los 4 pisos son por escalera, la calefacción y el agua caliente sufrieron fallos, creo que el ala nueva resuelve lo edilicio, le falta iluminación a la piscina y los saunas estaban fuera de servicio.
El hotel es precioso , el desayuno delicioso y el personal muy amable
Que no hubiera ascensor, sobretodo si viajas con personas mayores pero es lo único a mencionar el resto fue una hermosa experiencia
