Grosszügiges Zimmer. wir hatten kingsize bett. sehr gut geschlafen. mega ruhig. null fluglärm. tee und kaffee facilities. plv top.
das restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. tolle gerichte und top service.
shuttle per app buchbar. pünktlich. in 30 min am terminal 2.

Perfect end to holiday, made the final bit completely stress free

Pratique pour l'aéroport de Heathrow
Pros:

Facile d'accès par rapport au Terminal 4. Pour les autres terminaux, il faut prendre le métro, mais très simple et rapide. Ligne directe pour le centre de Londres, très pratique. Réception/accueil du personnel très agréable. Il manquait un peignoir dans la chambre, un appel et ce fut rapidement réglé ! Nous avons fait appel au room service, délai d'attente correcte et hamburgers très copieux. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée (café, chocolat et bouteilles d'eau) et au calme. La literie impeccable. Nous avons pu partir à midi, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. A noter la machine à glaçons dans le couloir !

Cons:

N'avoir pas pu profiter du bar (il ferme à 23h30), car nous sommes arrivés trop tard.

I’ve been before and would go again.
Pros:

Huge comfortable bed. Beautiful scented shower gel, shampoo etc. addition of hand lotion is always welcome.

Cons:

My husband only drinks decaffeinated tea and there wasn’t any. I asked at reception to no avail.

Great hotel for connections.
Pros:

Great location, nice room, proof sound, great breakfast!

Cons:

No suitcases cart at the hotel.
Up to the entrance we used the airport trolleys.

Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.
Το πρωινό μπουφέ είχε μεγαλη ποικιλία ποιοτικού φαγητού .Τέλος το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ευχάριστο με πολύ γευστικά πιάτα

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε καλή πληροφοριακή σήμανση για την εύρεση της εισοδου του ξενοδοχείου, από τη στιγμή που κατεβηκαμε στη στάση του λεωφορείου
Τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου χρειάζονται κάποιας μικρής έκτασης ανακαίνιση.
