De lät oss checka in på ett ostädat rum. Det rum vi fick var varmt och kvavt, det gick inte att öppna fönstren för de hade klimatanläggning (som inte fungerade). Fick uppgradera till ett rum med balkong för att få frisk luft. Duschen hade bara en halv dörr så det blev väldigt blött. Frukosten sådär, bara trist bryggkaffe, äggröran var slemmig. Trist reception, de bjöd inte ens på kaffe som trestjärniga hotell brukar göra.

Lang kø v indcheckning - høflig medarbejder der arbejder på højtryk. Vi får langt om længe vores værelse - men UDEN opredning. Vi har bestilt til tre - og er uforstående. Vi får opredning senere på eftermiddagen og bliver afkrævet en opredt seng v udcheckning dagen efter. I vores booking har vi bestilt til tre hvorfor vi står særdeles uforstående! - Fejlen er hotellets - men kunden skal betale for hotellels fejl. Argument fra hotellets side er, at vi ændrer en teenager til en voksen. få dage før ankomst. Men uanset hvad er vi tre mennesker.

Vi overnatter dagen efter på Grand i Lund, hvor opredningen findes v ankomst.

Comfortable and restful stay in a quiet seaside location.

Central location. Pleasant historic surroundings. Modern, comfortable facilities.

Cons:

Greeting at reception perhaps a little impersonal (but professional). I explained I had arrived by bike and asked for secure parking (i.e. where could I chain up my bicycle securely and undercover) and was directed to (and charged for!) the car park. I think it was assumed I had arrived by motor bike. There is nowhere to secure (chain up) a bicycle in the basement car park.
Why could I not get the BBC (despite it being listed on the TV)?
Extremely limited TV channels available.

Inne på spa avdelningen va jätte fint. Man kunde verkligen koppla av. Vi är va nöjda med rummet vi fick tillsammans med en väldigt stor balkong utsikten över kyrkan.

Dejligt, skønt hunde venligt hotel med mulighed for spa. Skønt personale.

Cons:

Rengøringen af værelset kunne være bedre. Hovedpuden vi fik var også rimelig slidt. Sengetøjet havde pletter.

Vi kunne sikkert have fået noget nyt, hvis vi havde spurgt, men det ændre ikke på, at rengøringen ikke var helt op til standard.
